As first time home buyers, my partner and I were referred to Tom Vattovaz to have a home inspection done following an offer on a house. Tom was amazing - he took us through the place for over 3 hours, explained every detail for things that were both good and those that would need work. Based on Tom's inspection report, we bought the house with a comprehensive understanding of what we were getting into. Aside from the professionalism/expertise, Tom is genuinely a nice guy. They did a great job going through the entire home from top to bottom and made detailed notes along the way. They provide you with a binder that details every aspect of what is needed inside and out. Not only did they put together a great binder, Tom and his team explained page by page which made it very easy to understand and gives you the opportunity to ask questions and pick his brain.
