Beth is the best!! So talented and gave me exactly what I wanted. I couldn’t have asked for a better hairdresser!

I had a bleach and color hot pink done for the first time ever. SAMANTHA was amazing. Took about 6 hours and she barely took a break. She did a great job and had great suggestion. She was personable and friendly. The instructors were friendly as well. SAMANTHA is there till August if you want something new and fresh go see her. I think Samantha has better pictures than me but it was a great experience and I will be back. Prices seemed super reasonable to me compared to other salons advertised prices

I have been going here for years. Always happy with the results. At times, they've gone above and beyond to create the perfect toner for my hair. I really like the silver gray look, which is what I've had for a few years now. Kevin is amazing and is very kind and compassionate to individual circumstances. The instructors have always been kind, caring, and professional.Thr students are pretty extraordinary as well. Every single one I've met.However, the student stylist I had, kept asking questions as I had my hair done. She answered me but didn't seem to know what she was speaking about. She didn't separate it, I had to tell her to, she bleached my black hair, and didn't leave toner on, or mix it properly. I understand being a student, but I've never had such a botched dye job. My hope is that this is a learning experience for us both. After she told me it was only hair, I will admit that I had a panic attack, my voice went high and high pitched to where she thought I was yelling at her, but definitely was not. And I do apologize.Kevin and the instructor overseeing her were kind and offered to fix it. However, my schedule was not available for me to come back the next day to fix it. Unfortunately, I had to spend approximately 500$ on a color correction due to this horrible job she did to my hair. Mistakes do happen, and it is a learning experience .I definitely WOULD recommend this school , as they are professional, caring, and understanding. After I was unpleased with my hair, they comped the whole sevice. Great product selection and always super clean. Parking is great, too.

The instructor cut all my hair off to a very short pixie which was not asked for. Asked for hair over my ears that was ignored also. Usually good cuts from here, but not going back as I don't have my choice of instructors. LISTEN to clients and don't do as you please.

Still recovering and growing out my destroyed hair that was reprocessed on the hair schools insistence after a failed clay" application. The student was not the problem it was the poorly educated instructor over seeing her. Used clay in my hair to lighten it

I’ve been to other hair academy’s before and had a great experience . I am fully am aware that these are students that are working on your hair and there can be mistakes and you most like won’t get a perfect job done . But I found Est Elle academy instructors to be unprofessional, unfriendly and the price to get your hair coloured VERY HIGH ( students work) !!! On this particular day , I found that the two students doing my hair lacked ambition and kept complaining what a big job they had to do and weren’t even getting paid for it because they were students at the academy . I clearly stated what I wanted done, also showing a picture. The instructor was rude in terms of cutting me off when I was talking about the color I wanted. Ive been getting my hair done for 9 years now and I always get the same thing done somewhere else . I came to academy after my hairstylist was fully booked for the near future . I did not want baby lights on my hair I clearly booked for a full head of highlights bringing that up multiple times . However , After sitting in that chair for 6 hours I was very unhappy with the outcome . The girls decided to go have a snack while my hair had toner in it . They disappeared in their lunch room for 35 minutes as a result my hair turned purple silver and grey, when I had wanted warm tones. I told the instructor this she brushed it offand didn’t care . The girls weren’t friendly or understanding either . I was uncomfortable from the moment I got there , I should’ve left right away . And they ended up charging me $185 for my short hair!!!! Ridiculous . I pay that much for a master stylist doing my hair at an actual salon . Poor quality , waste of money and time I do not recommend this place !

Make sure you book well ahead of time, it’s worth the wait. Friendly, professional, and extremely accommodating establishment.

I’ve been coming here for years, like 20+.Had an appointment with a specific student and to my extreme disappointment when I arrived she was getting her hair done!!! Thus unable to do mine. I was then assigned to a brand new student and when I complained I was basically told that I should have read the fine print… no guarantee you’ll get who you ask for!!!Super Unprofessional!!!Response to response:Haha lame… like I said I’ve been a client for years.
