Long process dailing but nice services qudoes to mali ting

The most unprofessional internet service provider I’ve come across. I’ve been waiting since August 1st for just a call back with an appointment for modem installation & it’s now the 29th. The receptionist keeps dragging things along and repeating the same things to me without even a booking being yet confirmed. Just Dragging the process along for no reason. doesn’t seem sure of her job or what she is doing maybe she’s being directed by a manager to stall . Just horrible service , horrible communication. No English speaking or comprehension skills whatsoever. You practically have to yell on the phone to move things forward with them. Confused , and chaotic system they have there. I will be warning people about this garbage company and their subpar services. I will also be reporting them to the CRTC for the horrible service & treatment I received. They don’t even deserve 1star , please do not trust this scam of a company.

Ive called muliple times hoping to get someone on the phone. This network bugs out everyday.

The most unprofessional business. I lost my internet connection.i called customer service multiple times no answer so i went to their office only to be told they went out of bussiness.

It’s very hard to get an actual customer service representative on the phone so pay real good attention to the dialling process or you’ll have a frustrating time

Why is it so difficult to get someone on the phone?

Over charging. My monthly bill is 74$ someone please explain why am I charged 108 this month. No customer service available on the phone
