Receptionist is very rude, they don’t reply to faxes from the pharmacy. If you have any mental health struggles, don’t go here. They will purposefully push all of your buttons and laugh when you cry. So sad that supposed health care professionals have the audacity to mock patients like that.

The costumer service was so rude. I booked an appointment with doctor Nitti, I waited for 10 days and after I just got an email about cancelation with no further explanation. They didn’t give me a call, literally NOTHING ! When I called to the reception desk ,receptionist ask the doctor away from the city . And best her offer -book an appointment in 10 extra days . So totally in more than 20 days after my first booking. When I requested the supply doctor because she shoulder was pain and I Can’t literally lift up my hand ,they refused like all doctors are busy and this is not their fault . Also they start to screaming ,yelling and just hang up the phone .they just don care about your health . I was force go to the emergency. They just worth my time .

I have been a patient here for almost 30 years and have received noting but exceptional care. Yes, wait times can be a bit long at times, but you're never rushed through your appointment, and you don't leave with unaddressed issues. Dr. Malcolm is knowledgeable, engaged, caring and empathetic, the front office staff juggle demanding volumes of work with a high level of accuracy and have always treated me with respect and kindness.I appreciate the complete care I receive, and am willing to be patient to get it. If this doesn't work for you there are plenty of other clinics that operate on a revolving door/conveyor belt policy that might suit you better.

If possible, avoid this health centre. Here are some of my experiences with this office in the past year:- Receptionist tells me to go to a walk-in clinic because there are no available appointments with my family practitioner for several months. What’s the point of having a family doctor then?- Need a quick appointment for a medication renewal? Well, this office said they “don’t have funding” for telephone appointments anymore, so you’ll need to book a virtual video appointment.- Be prepared for long wait times. Doesn’t matter if it’s a virtual appointment or in-person. You likely won’t be seen on time.- Receptionist staff told me they booked me in for an appointment. I never received a confirmation. I call back two weeks later to find out the receptionist never actually booked me in, even though she said she did. That appointment time is no longer available.- I book a physical appointment with my family practitioner, even taking a sick day off work to get this done. Well, midway through my appointment, my practitioner tells me I will have to pay for the physical exam, as it won’t be covered by OHIP, since my last physical was 2 years and 11 months ago. Wish I would have received this information when I booked my appointment over a month prior? I left the appointment without getting a physical exam done because I didn’t have the funds to pay.Long story short, if you can get support at another medical clinic, I highly recommend you do so. It isn’t worth the headache.

there is a fairly new very rude woman at the front desk. She does nothing to try to help you even when you beg ! I asked to be placed on a wait list for my DR to call me as I was having a reaction to new medication and she offered no help or solution at all. She advised me that the DR could only call me in 2.5 weeks and would place me on a cancellation list. I felt immediately that she had NO intention to do so and I was right. I found out later she did not advise my DR at all. This woman should not be in this position at all. HORRIBLE service ! She does not care.

I have had so many issues with this office over the years. The staff never have answers and are extremely rude. They say they are going to do something and they don't. It got to the point I had to take to the head staff. However, on top of that my physician just up and left with NO communication and they don't have anyone back filling so I am now without a doctor. This is crazy and unethical and in the wrong.

Not only the doctors, but the receptionists will belittle you and make all of your concerns invalidated. When you ask them to explain things to you or help with faxing medications they will either not respond or when you do they will tell you to ‘stop wasting their time.’ They are all uncivilized. Their receptionists should not be allowed to interact with other human beings, especially when it’s things as important as medical documents. Make you feel like a fool for wanting to get help.

I would not recommend this clinic, our physician left and we had to find a new doctor, they charged us $100 to have our files transferred. I paid because I know that continuity of care is important. I wondered what I would have done if I couldn't afford to pay. I guess continuity of care is not a part of their business model. We had many frustrating times connecting with a doctor while under the 'care' of this clinic. I would not recommend. We have also found reception rude at times.

UPDATE: Oct 2022, new staff have been hired who are much more kind and helpful. Old staff remains, and are also a bit better. Updating my review from 1 star to 3.. here's to hoping it can continue to go up. I did inform the Dr how it was adding insult to injury to try to reach my Dr and be met with such hostility. I was told they are working on it, and it seems they are.--------- previous review ------------One receptionist is extremely rude and not helpful. Dr. Quadir is wonderful and I appreciate her work, but the receptionist is really upsetting, especially on the phone. She speaks over you and doesn't let you express what you need to. If you ask her to stop talking and please listen, she treats you even worse. I have taken myself to the ER and sat for 7 hours rather than try to deal with her. It isn't a one time experience and it is really disheartening, as the Dr's care is so good. For someone in great need with chronic pain this year and past verbal abuse, this woman is really upsetting.
