Horrible experience!They sold me open boxes of candles with SIX candles missing. He charged me more for the open boxes than he would have for new boxes and I realized it when I left, so I went back for a refund. He tried to give me store credit which I outright refused, then kept huffing and sighing while talking in a condescending tone. It was my first experience here and will definitely be my last.

I presented my Father with a watch as a gift, but he soon found himself in need of a battery replacement. He entrusted the task to this jewelry store, assuming the fix would be quick and simple. However, despite the watch being a valued possession worth over $600, the store took more than a week to complete the replacement and charged an outrageous $35 fee. To make matters worse, they returned the watch with scratches on the back, as if they had carelessly used scissors to pry it open. This experience left us feeling dissatisfied and disappointed with their lack of competence and attention to detail.

Very unreliable hours. I have attempted to pick my ring up from being resized on several occasions during normal business hours and they have been closes. No sign on door, no answer machine (never answers phone), no listed hours of operations.

Had some jewelry for sale and found the best prices in town for appraisal certificates and consignment fees. Spoke with the son who was very courteous, knowledgeable and helpful in determining how best to go about selling the various kinds of jewelry I had at the best price.
