It's clean and well organized, that means you get in and out quick.I once made a mistake and thought I had exactly five dollars worth of cans, there is no mistakes when the overhead camera's capture everything, I was fifteen cents short and it was quickly pointed out to me that I was wrong.A very friendly team working here.

Fast efficient and friendly. And yes there are homeless people but get over yourself. They are performing a much need service, stopping recyclables going into landfills and cleaning our streets

Disgusted by how much they stole. She didn't even count. She was just yapping about how it's better spread out blah blah. Was almost 50% Shorted. Doesn't matter if you count first and take a picture. They just said you can't prove that it's the same cans. Go somewhere else people or you'll be regret that you went to uptown bottle Depot.

Clean, fast, efficient. The staff are friendly and work fast. The small talk was enjoyable, and the process was pretty easy, literally just drop your bottles on the table, wait for them to scan it. Then just wait for your money to be dispensed. Or donate your money to a local charity!The location is clean, in closing the parking lot, and there's carts to use if you have several bags to bring in.I will be back! :)

Definitely the most respectful environment I've ever experienced in a bottle depot. I decided to give this one a try due to the one closer to my house frequently shortchanging people, as the reviews were much better and it was accessible by transit and a short walk, and I was pleasantly surprised. It was much cleaner than most depots I've been in, the staff were friendly and efficient, and had me in and out within 10 minutes. I feel like the counting is also much more fair at the depot, and was genuinely surprised at how much I received back (as I'm used to a very dishonest location).

The staff are always great! The facilities are kept clean, a d they have two sinks which have hot water unlike most depots that give you only cold water to wash your hands.Biggest feature they have the computer screen displayed to the client so your able to follow what is being redeemed by the clerk. There are so many that right on pads or pieces of carboard and never really show you the totals or let you follow their calculations! THIS FACILITY RANKS ONE OF THE MOST HONEST, FRIENDLIEST IN CALGARY!

it was 3:57 p.m. when I walked to the door of the bottle shop. a man in a turban blocked the door saying they close at 4pm. I replied that he still had three minutes, the gentleman said no and closed the door. I went to the other door but there the lady replied that I'm sorry but it's 4pm and I left with the bottles. It used to be a great place and very nice, helpful and honest people, now you have to count the bottles because it's always wrong. I come here because it's close but I advise you to count your bottles
