Went in for a complete bike fit and walked out with a whole lot more. Cory is incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and knows what he's doing through and through. He took the time to get to know me, my fitness level, and my riding style so he could precisely set my bike up custom just for me. He didn't try to sell me anything, in fact quite the opposite. The best bike shop I've found in Calgary. Very friendly and welcoming staff, not the least bit pushy on sales. They've had ample opportunity to try upselling me on things and they haven't come close to crossing that line. I had a bike fit here that changed my life, Thanks Cory. It's like riding on a cloud now, a little bit of coaching along with the fit has been a huge help too. I've heard from a couple people that TCR is geared towards triathletes, this is false. I'll lick the Sunalta train station floor before I go anywhere near a triathlon... I'm a road cyclist and these guys have more expertise in that category than any other shop in Calgary based on my experience (I've been to nearly every shop in town within the last year). It does seem like they have expertise in triathlon stuff too FYI

I've had quite a bit of stuff done at the shop: a full bike fit, service on my bike and replacement of parts.The staff are nice enough and the fitting was well accurate. But I ran into a big problem that is still unresolved to this day.The bike fit service includes a spec sheet with all your measurements that is also given to you at the end of the bike fit. I didn't realize this until a friend also got a bike fit done at TCR and received a spec sheet which I did not so I inquired about my spec sheet. One of the fitters said that they would look into it and send it over when they found it. Every few months I ask about my spec sheet and receive the same answer, and one of the answers was that there was a switch over for the systems which was reasonable so they would try to find it on their older system/database.Almost a year later and no more responses or follow ups. They could have just said that they lost the records after the first few times they said they would keep looking for it (which is already unacceptable anyways given the fact that a spec sheet is part of the service). But to keep on pushing the issue and saying they would keep looking for it is also equally unacceptable. Unless the database is absolutely massive and the tagging/categorization of the items in it do not include first/last name or invoice number, the specs should have already been found if they were in the system.

I do like this shop a lot. They carry a good inventory of products, and the staff are truly knowledgeable.By far the best bike shop in Calgary (IMO), if you are looking for mid and high end roadie products.

So let me say, I live in Toronto and bought a bike frame from an individual in Calgary. TCR Sports Labs had a set of components available. Jordan at TCR took the responsibility of taking the bike from the individual for me. Along with the components, he packaged them for me and sent them to Toronto for minimal shipping charges.Over the phone, I felt like I was speaking to a friend. He was very kind and helpful and would follow up on everything I needed. When the bike got here, we were in a WOW state at our local bike shop. The bike was wrapped so professionally that even Cervelo doesn't spend that much time for wrapping and he didn't even charge for it.The service is amazing, prices are great, and quality of work is out of the world.If you live in Calgary, you shouldn't even consider another shop.

I had a weird experience with these guys. I got fitted and paid 300+ dollars for it. And I had nothing but terrible customer service. No one calling me back despite actually wanting to buy a bike. I thought at first I got lost in the shuffle but after trying for five times I think they just didn’t like me and decided to squeeze me out for some reason. Anyways, I bought a $6000 BMC bike and Kelowna instead. It was the exact one I could’ve bought in Calgary, but for some reason was ignored. Some bike places are clicky in town and this is one of them.

Did an initial bike fit a few years back and Cory was able to set me up on my old bike as best he could. Recently ordered a new bike throughTCR - from initial bike fit through to final delivery - great experience start to finish. Friendly and knowledgeable staff from Cory and John to the rest of the team - is my one stop shop for anything bike related

Great local shop! I've been using TCR for years, and have had awesome bike fits, very helpful nutrition consults, enjoyed the 'runner's day in the lab', and spent (exhausting) time in the altitude room. Corey and his team provide a range of services for everyone; this includes those just starting out, to more experienced athletes looking to improve. It's a laid back back atmosphere (i.e. it's not intimidating when you first walk in), with a wide range of products and services. I'd highly recommend (and often do!) for runners, cyclists, and those just looking to improve their fitness.

Hands down one of the best shops you can go to. I’ve been in and around the industry for a long time. Cory has supported me through the good times and the dark times. Mechanics are top quality, innovative and familiar with working on and the expectations of working on high-performance bikes. I haven’t done any fitness/strength courses, but I know and raced with John, who is 100% in what he does. Recommend checking them out for fitting, equipment/service and their training platform.

This is the best bike shop in the city I met at maintenance department and they gave me really good service I highly recommend everyone to go there
