3 out of 3 procedures were a poor experience.Rough, not detailed, poor work.Not to mention more painful and expensive than all past dental experiences.Poor accountability and effort to correct.Don’t be sucked in by the leather chairs, headphones and snacks.

I’m someone who dreads the dentist and I can say Costello manages to make the experience enjoyable. The staff are always very friendly and they make you very comfortable with a menu full of things like blankets, neck pillows and headphones. There are TVs on the ceilings to watch during your visit. If you would like to have your dental work done while basically laying on your couch in the living room, having a nap with the TV on in the background then this is the place for you. Enjoy!

Amazing staff, amazing building and set up. As someone with a fear of the dentist, they did everything they could do to make me as comfortable as possible. Cannot recommend them enough, check them out.

I've never been one to feel comfortable at the dentist because of past experience, but my first visit to Costello Dentistry changed that completely. The second I walked through the door I was made to feel very welcome by the staff and the waiting room was comfortable homey. When it was my time to go in, my Hygienist Morgan came to get me and gave me the full tour of the office. Morgan was an absolute delight, she's very knowledgeable and made me feel at ease with her personality and understanding. All in all a great experience and the dog talk is second to none. LOLHighly recommend if you're looking for a new dentist in Carleton Place.

A very clean, warm, and inviting environment. I appreciate their early operating hours at their CP location. All the staff are easy to talk to and the information they share from my visits is easy to understand. Keep up the great work!

I have just experienced Costello Dentistry for the first time! The customer service that everyone in the building that I interacted with was top notch. I have been with the same dental office my entire life, and Costello Dentistry goes above and beyond to make you comfortable. The staff were so great...can I say that it felt like a spa experience. Fireplace, leather chairs, snacks and beverages, tv's to watch in the chairs while work is getting done, very clean premises and updated tech and machines. I would 100% recommend this dentist office! Way to go, you knocked it out of the park!

Moved to CP a year ago. Planned on setting whole family up at Costello. I go in for a screening and cleaning to try em out. The lady scrapped a chip in my tooth, when I leave the office I notice at home I have nice clean white teeth except the black spot they put in my front tooth with the scraper pick. Contacted me many times to setup new appointments, when I voiced my concerns about what they had done they said management would contact me. Still waiting. This incident happened about 6 months ago Very unprofessional I do not recommend

The staff here are incredibly friendly and make you feel comfortable and welcome. The waiting room feels like a hotel lobby, not a dentist office. Big comfortable chairs, lots of space and they have a snack/refreshment station. The dentists and hygienists are kind, patient and communicate well. I’ve had a cleaning, a full exam including X-rays and a tooth restoration done. Highly recommend.

This is the best dentist experience I have ever had! We changed dentist and they were able to get us right in. When we walked in it was beautiful! Fireplace with very comfortable chairs, greeted right away and offered drinks and food. Called back right on time and had a tour of place. The rooms are very comfortable. Give you sunglasses for the lights and have a tv with Netflix playing above you, even asked what I wanted to watch. The girls that works with me and my fiancé were so kind. He had Santana and I had Morgan. Morgan is a rockstar. Made me feel so comfortable and answered all my questions! They were able to schedule us in for more and did direct billing for our insurance. If you are considering anywhere for your dentist, I cannot recommend Costello Family Dentistry more!
