This will be our new Go to place for Rv Rentals. Dwayne customer service is phenomenal. We had a bad news in family after the trip. We requested him to pick up his trailer at our residence and he without any questions understood the situation and unhooked the trailer. Thanks for your kindness we will definitely forward your name in our community, friends and family.

Yesterday evening as I was on Clarence Ave, the white Ford Super Duty representing your company, hit my side view mirror while trying to squeeze by me and drove off. When this person was called and confronted, as the phone number is posted on the vehicle, he was rude and hung up. Then later the person who hung up, proceeded to send a text explaining that he was sorry and in a hurry as he was taking his child to the hospital at RUH. Which was obviously not the case, as I followed him over the 25th street Bridge to Idylwyld where he then turned in at the Ramada hotel.So just letting you know that this is the representation of your company.Update : I have now spoken to the owner of this company and he apologized, it was not him driving and offered to pay for any damages occurred by the driver.I cannot speak to the service that they provide, but I can say that Dwayne was very courteous when addressing this issue and that was much appreciated.

My husband and I rented a camper from Bill at Blue Heron RV and was surprised that they didn't take a credit card number from us. I was feeling a little nervous about blindly sending an etransfer but the service we received in the end was really great! Bill was accommodating and easy to reach. The camper we rented was beautiful, in good shape, and easy to pull with our truck. Highly recommend Blue Heron and will definitely use this company again for our camper needs!
