I emailed for a quote after hours and was not expecting answer before next day however, I got the quote same day even though it was late evening. Jason was very responsive and clear in his email with regards to pricing and availability. After confirmation, two people Matt and Dan visited to my property to fix the windows. They were well in time and completed their job professionally. Would highly recommend and will certainly use their services again in future.

I replaced 11 window panes that had been foggy for several years. What a delight this company is to deal with. They have an automated quote system which if you do your measurements well is very accurate. And they quote within 30 min. Of filling out the on line form. From quote to installation was less than 2 weeks. Very knowledgeable and professional. Reasonabily priced.I would recommend them for sure.

This company is truly remarkable. From initial estimate to work complete, everything is upfront clear. The price is fair and the work done beautifully. I am very pleased with the entire process. They did excellent job. I used their online quote system to start with, then had call with Jason. He is very easy to talk to and patiently taught me how to do measure the windows and explained the estimation details based on my measurement. Once I decided to go ahead, Matthew came to do the professional measurement and about two weeks later he came again for the window and crank replacement. He is a such pleasant responsible guy, he called ahead to notify me his arrival time. He did very great job on the replacement and cleaned the area after window glass installed. Thank you Matthew! Based upon the service that we recently received from Windowfix, I am pleased to recommend them. Jason responded very promptly to all queries and was very helpful and pleasant to deal with. The technicians, Matthew and Dan, called when they were en route to our home, arrived right on time, and did an outstanding job of replacing the crank on our 20 year old window. Absolutely LOVE this company!!! Wonderful customer service, polite, fast, accurate quotes and the repairs were top notch and very reasonably priced. Everyone I spoke with on the phone and in person was very polite and professional, took the time to explain everything and patiently answered all our questions. From the fast and efficient young men who showed up to measure the windows to the young man who came to install the replacement windows they were, quite simply a pleasure to deal with.
