Kyle, James, Lia and the rest of the ArborCare crew did a superb job removing a very large poplar tree from my backyard. It was a tricky job, because the tree was too far from the street to use a bucket and it was close to other mature trees and house. Yet the work was done safely and efficiently with no damage to buildings, fences, nearby trees or garden plantings. And the clean-up was top notch! Stump grinding followed a few days later and it too was first-class. Very glad I chose ArborCare for this job.

Amazing Service!! Everyone at Arborcare is extremely professional. They all seem to genuinely enjoy working there which goes a long way to enhancing customer service. It took two weeks from reaching out for a quote to remove two trees to the stump removal. All the felled wood was piled neatly, the area cleaned up. All of my questions were answered honestly and clearly.I had truly amazing service. Very refreshing!

We had fall root boost done for all of our trees & shrubs September 6th, 2022.The following day we were shocked to find our grass was killed every step he took in our yard?!I’m not sure if he had the stuff pouring out or what but we were completely shocked to see actual foot prints on our grass!!My grass was pristine before they came in to do the service I’ll post before & after pics.What made it worse is that they denied it saying it wasn’t them, no one is in my yard my gates are locked!!I am beyond disappointed with how Sebastian & Nicole handled this situation and I even told them that there will be a Google review so if you care about your yard be very mindful before hiring Arborcare, it would be my suggestion go elsewhere!!They DO NOT CARE!!!

We had a huge 60 year old Siberian Elm removed. The crews did an excellent job removing it. We are in an older neighborhood and all our utilities are above ground the were very careful with their boom trucks not to damage any wires. They had to use trucks as this tree had to be 100' high. Highly recommend Arborcare and will always use them for any of our tree issues.

We had a major pruning booked with Arborcare for the last few months which was to be performed within a week's time. We were just notified that they will not be servicing our trees and now it's too late in the season to book another arborist. Obviously Arborcare cannot be trusted to fulfill their commitments.

I needed shrubs & trees at my home taken care of as it was out of control and I can't do it myself. The people they sent were wonderful. There was a bit of debris left behind, but I'll take care of that myself. If all the shrubs come back nicely in spring I'll use them again when I need to. The price was right for the work done I feel.

Arron and his team at ArborCare are awesome! I had submitted an estimate request on their website and Arron contacted me within a couple hours. He was very professional and understanding of what work we wanted done. Him and his team were able to start work on our back yard within a couple days. They were very prompt and communicated with me every detail along the way. The entire team was organized and cleaned up as they worked. I am very happy with what Arron and his team did and would highly recommend them. I am already planning to contact them again in the near future!

Whoever is driving your small vehicle needs to learn how to drive. Stopping in the middle of the Deerfoot exit to change lanes, swerving while looking towards his lap, driving 20 below the speed limit, etc. 11:45am on Deerfoot south and Anderson. I am very pleased with the work Luke and Zack from ArborCare completed at my acreage. Polite, professional, AND very qualified! I have used other companies in the past...my trees are happy that I choose ArborCare this year! I have used their services twice this year and will have them back next year.

I had a fantastic experience with Arbor care! Last year we had a suckering poplar removed and we had to regrade our yard. So I just had boring gravel on the front lawn. My plan was initially to plant a pretty tree - but we have far too much space and potential to have just a tree!Rob assisted in helping me choose appropriate perennials for planting… he visited my home at least twice to observe the sun filtering through at different times, he looked at my notes from urban farm school and assisted with a basic rendering of design. He helped me coordinate the right size of planters to nbe commissioned and on planting day, Rob arrived early to ensure I had every single plant I ordered (a lot!!!$ and that they were in great shape prior to planting - he also organized where each plant would go and kept them in appropriate clusters to make sure they were planted correctly.Will and Dylan did the planting - they were fantastic!!! When these two gentle giants rolled up in their truck with a massive tree to be planted elsewhere I started to fret my decisions!Fortunately, they proved me wrong! Will and Dylan were very passionate about gardening themselves and taught me so so much!!! I couldn’t have asked them to be gentler! They showed me how to get the plants out of the pots without hurting roots they spaced each plant with precision and they even fixed my hose to the right setting and showed me how and where to water the plants!I feel confident that Arbor Care will be able to help me manage my planters progress and help me continue to cherish my front yard for years to come!!!
