Very unpleasant experience. We were looking for an offcut for a bathroom vanity. The receptionist and showroom sales person were nice and professional and helped us find two possible pieces.Manager (very strong Eastern European accent) who came to give us a quote, on the other hand, was arrogant and unprofessional, reacting aggressively to our observation that his quote was much higher than other quotes we got from several reputable fabricators in the neighborhood.We left promptly and certainly will not be back.

Avoid these guys, there are better fabricators out there who won't treat customers like nuisances. I called simply to ask a question about getting a quote and both people I spoke to were so rude and arrogant on the phone. We decided not to purchase from them - if you can't treat customers with respect then you don't deserve our business.

Both myself and my family could not have been more happy with Crown Marble. We visited at least 10 other stone suppliers but just couldn't find anything we were in love with. My mom was building her dream kitchen so I refused to settle for something she wouldn't absolutely love. When we visited Crown Marble we were really impressed with the showroom itself. But more than that, upon speaking with Weshna about what we were looking for, she led us to the back to take a look at spectacular slabs that we did not see elsewhere. She knew exactly what we were looking for and explained the trade-offs of purchasing quartz vs. dekton vs. natural stones like marble or quartzite. We fell in love with 2 different slabs and visited the site 3 more times before making our final decision. Throughout it all Weshna was so patient, professional, and just an all around pleasure to work with. She made what would have been an otherwise stressful process, completely stress-free.Weshna and her team drew up various options for the book matching of our counters and backsplash and consulted with us throughout until we were 100% satisfied.The installation was done by Al and Kevin who were also exceptionally professional. They carried the stone into the building without issue and were complete perfectionists. Al even provided a design suggestion that would allow us to carry some part of our backsplash to the ceiling which we absolutely love.My mom has her dream kitchen and every time we step into the kitchen, it's like viewing a piece of art. As a professional that requires stone services regularly over the year, Crown Marble is my place to go. Their availability, prices, and disposition to accommodate to my needs sets them apart from the competition. They have great variety and now with the custom cabinetry options they offer it makes my job easier. I plan to keep on coming to them for my future projects for the coming years.

We recently had counter tops installed for our new kitchen that we purchased from Crown Marble. The whole experience was fantastic, from planning to installation. What we liked most was that Crown Marble was our one stop shop for all that we needed for the new kitchen, counter top, sink, backsplash. Staff was very patient, and knowledgeable and made all the right recommendations in the early stages. Installation was seamless, it only took a few hours, and the installers left the place spotless. If I had to rebuild my next kitchen I would not think twice about choosing Crown Marble.

Everyone at Crown from sales to installation were extremely helpful and their main goal was always to make certain that they were meeting our needs and making sure we were happy. Labrine was very helpful in guiding our decision on the colour and type of material. The countertop was completed in good time and they were willing to adjust to our schedule. Larry and Pat, the installers, were punctual, careful and they made sure everything was installed perfectly and that the kitchen was left spotless. We would not hesitate in recommending Crown Marble.

I happened upon Crown Marble & Granite quite by accident the day I picked up my backsplash tiles across the street. Went inside just to get an idea and immediately went nuts for a gorgeous slab of graphite that jumped up and bit me in the you-know-what. Here is it installed and with my new backsplash. I love the look of my kitchen now. Crown's after sales customer service is also excellent. I'm sure I'll be happy for years to come. Thanks Weshna, Al and everyone at Crown!

Crown marble did a fabulous job with top service and labrine and her helpful ideas made my countertop look awesome. I would definitely recommend this company to families and friends
