Atlantis Limousine

We used Atlantis for the 2nd time. Sweet 16th Birthday Party. Martin was the driver for the girls. He was kind, courteous, attentive and safe with his driving. Arrived on time to get to the resto and back home. The girls had the best time of their lives. THANK YOU!I highly recommend Atlantis and will definitely be using this company again! Two for Two. My husband & I booked Atlantis for our wedding. We were really impressed with Kana & his quickness to our emails. He is one of the reasons we booked with them.Unfortunately we weren’t too satisfied with our service on the day of. We were told the hummer limo we booked would fit 20 people comfortably and instead the 16 of us were very squished and barley fit.With our wedding package we were suppose to get water bottles & champagne, with a red carpet roll out. They provided the red carpet roll out but nothing else.Both drivers we had for our day were very friendly and we understand there are traffic problems and other things that are out of their control and did the best they could. However they took longer routes to get to our destinations causing us to be a half hour late to both our ceremony and reception.Our driver for the evening ended up going the opposite direction on the highway, & instead of trying to get back on he decided to take side streets. This made us a half hour late to our reception forcing our guests to wait outside until our arrival.We also had a few problems with the air conditioning but that was one of the more lesser problems.

This is by far one of the best limousine experiences I have ever had. I host multiple functions, parties, weddings, e.t.c and this has to be my favourite so far. The limouisine is beautiful and their customer service is superb aswell. If you're looking for a limousine service this is my reccomendation.

We used Atlantis for my dads 80th birthday. Limo was perfect size with everything we needed inside. Pick up and drop offs were on time! I will be using them again

I used Atlantis for a one way ride (2 hour service including wait time) for my wedding. They were on time. The Temperature outside that day was 45 with the humidex. We got into the limo in suits and dresses and the limo was sweltering. He was waiting for us to take some pictures so I understand that the car wasn’t running (but they should’ve started it while we were loading the car). The drive was about 50 mins from stouffville to Vaughan. Half hour into our ride we were still sweating inside the limo and so uncomfortable. One of the vents wasn’t even working. The driver tried to tell me that the AC was working properly but it clearly wasn’t and that once the car starting actually driving that’s when the AC starts working… They don’t use the 407 and don’t offer and provide you with room temperature bottles of water.the gratuity is to be paid BEFORE the service is done and is not optional or else they won’t drive you. $460 + HST later for 2 hours of service and a ride in wedding attire while sweating for an hour. Go to a bigger company that will provide you with the luxury experience that they’re supposed to.UPDATE: representative offered a partial refund which I thought was fair since they cant dispute the AC wasn’t working (even though they tried), NO REFUND GIVEN and they just stopped answering me after numerous emails. Also, the owner says on the review that the gratuity is not due before the service is done but that’s the amount the driver asked for upon arrival, so that’s also untrue. I even gave 10$ extra on top of the expected gratuity expecting that the service would be good. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY BEWARE.

I've used this extraordinary service for 2 events: Birthday and Graduation. We had a few unique requests in terms of pickup schedule, place and some sight seeing stops and found Atlantis and the driver to be very professional and accommodating. Pricing is very reasonable and much lower than other company's that we researched.

I used this service to pick up clients from Toronto International this past July and then from their hotel to several events over the next 3 days. My clients were very impressed with the service, Atlantis Limousine were excellent to work with. I can highly recommend Atlantis Limousine to anyone in the GTA!

We booked with Atlantis limousine for my sons 10th birthday and enjoyed the service. The drivers were extremely kind and on time and got to all of the stops early giving us ample of time which made the birthday far less stressful on time. No complaints!
