Sentinel was amazing to deal - Richard and Lori at this location are amazing. They are so easy to talk to and are quick at responding if you need anything!

Easy booking process. Online Rental agreement made the reservation very easy. Staff very friendly. Would definitely use again. Would have given 10 stars if possible.

The store manager was kind and had a wonderfully cheesy wit. He was also very helpful and generous. I am glad we chose Sentinel Storage.

I have never rented storage before, no idea how it works or what to expect. I have seen Sentinel properties around so I looked up a number and contacted their head office. The experience at that end was what I expected, helpful but a canned speech.I left some information and was called right away by Richard at the west Edmonton facility. Richard was extremely welcoming, listened to my questions and told me everything I needed to know.I decided to drive over, meet him and look at a unit or two.The welcome in person was even better than the phone if that was possible.I found a unit, they had some good pricing options to choose from. Richard was able to point me to the best value for my needs.I left 30 minutes later with a storage unit, a lock and everything i needed, I almost feel like one of the family.Too bad I can’t live in it, great landlords.

AAAA++++ . Richard Dendwick was extremely helpful. He took great time to explain the contract to me and then took the time to explain some things to my wife who was sitting outside in the car. Then as I went to my storage unit I had problems understanding how to open up the garage door and then how to properly lock the door. Twice he came back to my unit to show me how to do it, and I know it was almost closing time and he was so pleasant in helping me. He works there like he owns the company. Thank you Richard!

Our circumstances were difficult, being 3000 kms away and trying to coordiante a move back to Alberta and building a new home. Laurie and Richard are EXEMPLARY customer service experts and just plain great people who went above and beyond to help us.We can't recommend them and Sentinel Storage Edmonton West, highly enough.
