Worst clinic ever. Dr Sam fuller is condescending, unknowledgeable and shouldn’t be working. All about the money charging more than other vets in town for not as good of care. I could sit here and rant and say a million terrible things but I’ll just leave it at ANY OTHER VET IS BETTER THAN THIS ONE.

I've been taking my dogs and Cats there since just after they opened. At first, it was a great place and they genuinely seemed to care.I've noticed over the years the service has gone downhill, they were more pushy with the more expensive procedures and the personal touch had washed away. They are clearly in it for the money and that's all.The ladies at the front talk trash about all their customers. I though Sam cared, maybe she did once. But its all about the money with them. I have since removed my animals and went to another vet.

disappointed and will not be returning or recommending to any pet friends. I was told that my dog needed “more training” before he could see the vet again….. training?!The first rule in training a reactive or noise sensitive dog is to approach calmly and introduce yourself, which was not shown at all. I was very disappointed and sad for my pet. He was so scared he left covered in his own feces and shaking.The price much exceeded what was stated directly on the “vaccine clinic event” page. Also charged 95$ for exam fee, ok fine but what exam? A basic exam would entail a meet and greet with pet parent to address overall health and well being. I never got to talk to a vet at all. He was in and out in 10 minutes absolutely terrified. I get dogs are not typically big fans of shots or vets but I felt as if they put no care in to try and reassure or calm him down before restraining him.Then to be told my dog needs “more training” they don’t seem to be putting the care of the animals first. Money money money.

They got my cat in right away for surgery. They had a cancellation. My cat is now resting and doing well. Thanks for taking good care of my Sammy! They are truly beautiful people. I'm glad I was referred to them.

We have always received professional, friendly service here. The clinic is clean and tidy. A great business on the Hart!

Very friendly staff, helped me many times with my first pet Honey. They can take you in pretty fast for emergencies appointments.

They are clearly in it for the money and that's all.I have a 1 year old retriever with a skin condition I took him to get neutered, was quoted $400ish which seems pretty standard for a large dog. My wife received a phone call from Dr. Fuller while our dog was under anaesthesia, asking if she would like a skin biopsy to confirm the condition. My wife said no but Dr Fuller was insistent and guilted her into saying yes. She never mentioned a price or offered a quote.When my wife picked our dog up, she was greeted with a $912 bill. When she confronted them about it, they said there was nothing they could do and she did not ask for a quote." While they may be right

The staff are caring and professional. The facility is very clean. Our animals are treated very well.

They were very compassionate when we had to put our beloved kitty down
