Dr. Ramos has been wonderful. She genuinely takes the time to listen to your concerns and help you. Rarely have had to wait longer than 5-10mins to get into a scheduled appointment.That being said, it can take a couple of tries before getting through on the phone to the receptionist/front desk.

This is no reflection upon the doctor. We recently had our family doctor of 33 years pass away and my wife and I looked for a new doctor in our neighborhood. I set up an appointment with Dr.Ramos two weeks for my wife and I and when we arrived on the date we were told that we would have to schedule an appointment. Our time is as valuable to us as anyone. But it is a bad reflection to the doctor. Hope you read this Dr. Ramos and make the proper changes. I wish we could have met.

It’s not a doctor. She even don’t listen and don’t want to help.. I think she even don’t know what is that.She don’t know that in migraine stomach not work.. she want to give me tablet.. migraine is the same with brain concussion. Is not a doctor sorry.

Never answer the phone and never call back when you leave a message. If I could give a 0/5 I would. They Don’t even call youwhen they say they will .

Dr. Patricia Ramos is a good professional and a great person. She is my primary doctor and I am satisfied with the service; the attention is fast and cordial. The receptionist is also nice, always attentive to answer my questions. To improve, I would like them to have more hours from Monday to Friday, for example until 7:00 p.m., since they do not open on Saturdays. Thanks!

I love Dr. Ramos and I feel like she actually cares and takes times to listen to me. She even asks me before I leave if there is anything else I wanted to discuss with her which blows my mind because other doctors have rules about how many things you can do or ask at one appointment.The only downside to this clinic is their receptionist unfortunately. You don't get the same care or attention to detail as the doctor. Really unfortunate as they are our first point of contact. I had to have the same conversation with her 2 times and she didn't even remember me calling the week before. She told me call back in a week". When I called back I had the exact same conversation as last week and it got nowhere. She even tried to tell me I didn't get something done when I did. Like you think I would know I was there unless it was a crazy fever dream.ConclusionDoctor = greatReceptionist = Meh at best."

After waiting so long to find a female doctor taking new patients (and SO close to home) I was very happy. However, in the last few months, it has become impossible to get through by phone. Nobody ever seems available to answer the phone and nobody ever calls back when you leave a message needing to book an appointment. My pharmacist even has a hard time getting through for a simple prescription refill. It doesn't even seem like the answering machine/voicemail is legit. Are the messages listend to when leaving a name and numbet for a call back? I finally got through one day last week after calling multiple times throughout the day. I don't want to look for another doctor but if a person is unable to book appointments (no, not waiting until the last minute) then what is one to do because I really like the doctor!

Missed my appointment this morning for my second visit with Dr. Ramos. Called three hours later to apologize and the receptionist was rude and unforgiving. Was told I'm not allowed to make another appointment until I pay $80. I understand the doctor's time is valuable but it was an honest, first-time mistake. Feels unkind and uncaring. I do not recommend this clinic. (i do recommend the pharmacist who shares the space tho!)

Great doctor, very supportive and very well knowledgeable.

Dr Ramos is a great doctor but I can’t reach her office. Have been waiting a week for someone to call me back. Phone system is not supported for this lovely doctor.
