They give 70$ price for iPad screen fix before. Week later when I want to drop to get fix he is like let me see he looks for a couple min 90$. It’s like a they don’t have a fix price.There is no misunderstanding it was very clear I give right info about ipad you guys were very confident about price as well.No trustable place.I’m not only one have same issue

I Was moving my laptop from one place to another with it plugged in and caught it ripping the end of the power cord out of the port. I bought a new AC 65W Adapter which unfortunately was not charging the laptop. I assumed I damaged the charge port and brought it in for repair... after further investigation, they found the issue was with the new Adapter, not the laptop. They ordered me a new cord which works perfectly and waived the service charge fee for identifying the issue. The turnaround from beginning to end was less than 3-hours With no unnecessary repairs or charges. Impressed with the quick, efficient and honest service.

I would give this store 0" if I could. I've repaired a few devices here over the years

Both people I dealt with here were rude and lacked customer service. They couldn't fix my computer in house so they had to send it to a shop in Markham. They initially said there is a service charge of $45 but it will be included in the price of the repairs if I decided to go ahead and get it fixed. At a later date, they said the service charge will be added to the cost of the repair. They couldn't seem to figure out the price between the two of them. Seems like a very poorly run business, very disorganized and they couldn't even come to a consensus on something as simple as a service charge. Told them I would like my laptop back so I could get a second opinion on the repair because they were charging $320 plus the service charge. And I did not feel comfortable with them working on my laptop at this point. Took them over 2 weeks to get it diagnosed, then another week to get my laptop back. When I asked them the problem they said it was the motherboard and couldn't tell me what specifically was the issue with the motherboard. Untrustworthy vibes to say the least!I took it to a place called Singh Computer Wireless. I gave my laptop for repair and got it back the very next day and they only charged me $180! Very upfront, honest and told me the exact problem. Found them on google - they had amazing reviews and they lived up to them.Stay away from Electroshack for your repair needs. Singh computer wireless is worth the drive to Brampton trust me.

Impeccable service. Where everyone else quoted me close to $600 (screen on Samsung cell cracked) he was able to find another solution that was much cheaper and just as good as a new phone. Very honest!

Came here with ipad that my kid broke. She managed to snap off the headphone jack INSIDE the ipad 3.5mm port. It took a bit of time, but Electroshack was able to remove the headphone jack WITHOUT opening the ipad.this saved us a lot of dollars, and some other lesser repair shops wouldnt even try to fix it because they were scared of breaking the ipad.ELECTROSHACK IS MY KIDS NEW HERO

Been going there since 2008, past experience have been pleasure full and looking to satisfy the customer. My last visit there with tech didn’t go as it should made me feel uncomfortable by telling me it’s too expensive don’t waste your time and don’t waste your money on me most important my time. It was a pleasure in the past doing business with his family operated business.
