Social Cycle is seriously such a welcoming community with the best vibe! I was so nervous the first time I walked through those doors, I knew I wasn’t in the best shape and I never thought I would be able to handle a spin class but I am so glad I challenged myself to go anyway! It is the best outlet both physically and mentally and has been so good for my well-being! Every instructor is so proud of you for just trying your best. I leave each class feeling empowered and strong! Thank you social cycle for being such a positive light in this world!

The instructors are fierce and the energy is contagious. I hadn't worked out in a really long time so I was pretty nervous walking through the doors for the first time but I am so glad I did. Kim has created a positive and welcoming studio. All of the instructors bring a unique vibe and every class is different. I'm so glad we have this in the Valley!

I love this place! No other workout would ever give me a smile and get me out of bed for 6am. All the instructors are friendly and encouraging. It is definitely a highlight in my day to go to spin class.

Great location, so happy to have this in KV! Everyone has positive vibes, it’s super clean with a welcoming lobby. The spin room is motivating and the staff are all outgoing and genuinely happy to greet you!

I absolutely love when I step into the spin studio, it is such a great environment and the staff make you feel so welcomed. The classes are a blast and the instructors definitely push you to push yourself outside of your comfort levels and get out of your head. You can walk in there feeling down but i guarantee when you leave you will feel 1000x better. Everyone should try this at least once!

Social Cycle has filled a space in my life that I didn’t know was needed. This community offers more than just physical activity; it promotes inclusivity, mental health, social support, and 10/10 enjoyment. This is the first time in my life I have been excited about moving my body in a way I didn’t know was possible. No matter what skill level you are at, Social Cycle has a place for you.
