Their rates continue to rise even though I have no claims or speeding tickets. Even before corona they wouldn't take cash or debit at their office. Haven't been driving my car due to quarantine but they are not offering any type of rebate. This is a company that seems to be the money hungry and don't care about customers" type."

Johnson Insurance I am some glad I am not with you! Called all day long to try and speak to someone . No answer and very long hold times. Drive to your office to see your closed but a letter saying your available by phone or email with no email listed and do not answer phone. Another company taking advantage of pandemic to be lazy AF , 0 stars Johnson 0 stars

I chose to work with Johnson because of personalized service. I call..I call.i call. Their TRURO OFFICE. BUT NOPE..DOES NOT GO THROUGH TO THEM. ESSENTIALLY THE COMPANY REFUSES TO ALLOW ME TO. I STAYE THEN I GUESS I SHOULD BE LOOKING FOR A DIFFERING COMPANY TO GET INSURANCE WITH. HER RESPONSE- GO AHEAD. I GUESS I WILL
