We used Hudson Restoration to repair damage done by a flood in our bathroom that caused damage in our basement. They were absolutely phenomenal to work with.  10 out of 10.  John was at our house incredibly fast and had a team there same day to start the drying process despite the insane snow storm.  Jerry patiently answered my questions (hundreds I’m sure) about the damage and the repair process and shockingly had the whole repair completed in about a week!  He listened to any concerns I had and quickly took steps to ensure I was nothing but 100% pleased with the results.  Ben, who was in our house for the majority of the time, was an absolute pleasure to have here.  He dealt with the chaos of our house in stride and worked with very minimal disruption to our household.  Not to mention his workmanship was excellent.  The entire team was the ideal mix of professional and personable.  I can not recommend them enough.  5 stars.  Well 100 stars actually.

Mr. Hudson and his crew helped to repair and renovate my fourplex in Hamilton, after massive water damage from a leak on the top floor. He worked closely with the insurance company and coordinated inspections and repairs. I’m more than happy with the end result! The finishes on all three affected floors look better than prior to the damage. I’m so pleased with the experience, that I’m in the process of working with them again on another project in the same house. 10 out of 10 experience and I highly recommend!

I used Hudson to refurbish 2 lobbies (garage and main) in the Yorkville area condominium I work as a property manager. Entire project involved new flooring, wall covering, lighting, painting etc and was coordinated by Jerry Silva. Due to a pipe burst situation we had water logging in our apartment which damaged the entire flooring and carpet. Hudson restoration was tasked with getting our apartment back in working condition.Jerry oversaw the work and did an exceptional job in assisting and fixing the damages with his team. He also ensured at the end of the day the work was complete with no scope for complaints. The communication was so clear that all my doubts/queries were resolved. Jerry and his team went out of the way to make sure everything was taken care of.The cleaning staff and floor repair staff were very friendly, polite, professional and knowledgeable.I am absolutely delighted with the results. Down to earth genuine people! I had the pleasure of working with Jerry and John and they were stress free from day one. They were quick to answer any of my questions and very helpful through the whole process. Anytime there is an accident it can be stressful but these guys took all that stress away and made sure I was happy and satisfied along the way.
