This is by far the best pharmacy I have ever been to! I feel like they care and listen to your needs! I love that Lauren will talk to you and let you know everything about whatever your taking or suggest something else. I left this pharmacy for a year due to being on mat leave and not being close to this pharmacy anymore and it was the worst mistake I ever made. The owner is young but super smart and nice. Thank you guys for being so amazing!

I've been using The Medicine Shoppe for a few months as my primary pharmacy, and it's been an unbelievable experience.Every interaction with pharmacists and staff has been tremendous. I very much felt like I was being listened to when I said something (which certainly isn't always the case with pharmacies). I'd recommend them more so than any other pharmacy I've ever been to!

One of the vary few pharmacies that treats you as an intelligent human being, and not as a customer. They always go above and beyond! They take the time to talk to you about questions at length without blinking an eye. Everyone in the crew is super friendly and Lauren is SUPER knowledgeable which is GREAT for someone with lots of complicated questions like me. Would recommend to anyone that feels like a sheep/not taken care of properly at another pharmacy because they do it right.

I am consistently impressed and grateful for the level of customer service and care I receive every time we visit the pharmacy. Lauren and Katie are fantastic to deal with and both are very knowledgeable when it comes to any questions. They both are so thoughtful and go over and beyond to make their patients happy. I highly recommend this local pharmacy. Thank you!

We filled out the form to be able to get my wife a vaccination. We filled out the form honestly and noted she is not 2b but did not that she is breastfeeding. They sent us a note right away and we schedule and headed to our appt. once arrived, we filled out the form and were confronted by a staff berating us about not being eligible. When we shared that we filled out everything honestly and clicked breastfeeding. We were scolded in front of the room and told to leave.Frustrating that due to their booking system, we had to put ourselves at risk to come in, only to be turned away in such a fashion.

This place makes life easy!. The pharmacist Katie is extremely helpful and is always working to make your life easier!. I highly recommend this pharmacy. Delivery is quick and efficient!. Won't be going any where else for my medication needs.

Lauren is the most wonderful pharmacist I've ever met she's taking such good care of me in the past 3 years. she phoned me to see what if I'm doing okay I've had many many epileptic medicine changes in the last 3 years and she never forgets about me she had. She has me on magnesium glycinate now because I suffer from extreme migraines that sent me to the hospital she has them calm down now I do not have to take as many rizatriptan pan as I did. Katie is the pharmacist assistants and she's there for me too I can phone in and and they will send my prescription out anytime I need it with I can phone in for my vitamins and they will send them to me as well they are the most wonderful Carrie pharmacist and assistant pharmacist I've ever met I will never change for them as long as I am in Calgary they are on the same floor as my doctor so I've never had anything more that I would want in doctors and pharmacists thank you for allowing this Elizabeth Corky

We went to see dr and my kid wanted sticker , I went to pharmacy to buy that . They didn’t had stickers for sale and seemed they were busy . Katie still took out time from her work and went above and beyond and found sticker from their supply. I really appreciate her help. She has that compassion which makes good pharmacist . Thank you so much .

The pharmacy is conveniently located near my doctors office and a lab. The staff is very professional and helpful, making sure I understand the use of my prescriptions. They also regularly review my response to medications and I am able to better update my doctor with any concerns.

I’ve been a customer for 30+ years and I have always been treated with the utmost respect and kindness. There are staff members that moved on and new one that have joined the team but Katy and Lauren are incredible, and With all of their amazing knowledge and unlimited compassion, I couldn’t ask for better service. Thank you for always having my back. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because a few of their delivery guys have bad attitudes. I’m still able to deal with people like that, it’s the senior citizens being treated disrespectfully that worries me. Thanks again Medicine Shoppe in the Gulf Canada SquareJudy J.
