Replaced my own roof this year, I’ve never roofed before.Steve at Vicwest was hands-down stellar to work with, I ended up choosing the Cedar Creek steel shingle in the Silver Spring finish.It looks amazing, it was easy to install. The materials look to be high quality (I guess 50 years will tell...).Vicwest was able to work with me on pricing to get the finish I wanted, without a substantial increase.They made several onsite visits to assist me, with great advice that made my job much easier.They even drove to their supplier out of the way to pick up some supplies I needed, at no cost.Highly recommend working with Vicwest, great staff and a great product.

Worst customer service experience, doesn't even deserve 1 star! Spoke to several staff members and the third one hit the jackpot with his hostile attitude. Placed an order with Agway Metals instead who serviced 5 stars and beyond!
