For the second time now, I’ve had GDSAR company at my home for repair service. These kinds of things never seem to come at an opportune time and yes, sometimes they don’t always fit in to the budget. When I called them recently, they were at my home by mid day and had the repair done in about 1/2 hour. It’s a great company.

James the owner was Great! Response was fast to my request and scheduled me in a time that was convenient for me. Nick came out to fix my garage door last year when I had an emergency with my broken garage door, he worked fast and efficiently and he was Very proffessional! The entire process working with Garage Door Service and Repair was fantastic. I would highly recommend this family business.Hannah was exceptional over the phone offering a no pressure and solutions driven approach to fixing my problem. She sent me videos to test the problem and offered additional time and support along the way. She then helped me place my order for a new garage door system, Liftmaster 87504, and they came out within a few days to install it.Our installer, Nic, was very nice, and professional. Nic remained positive and helpful even though it was freezing cold outside with negative temps he was still willing to spend time teaching me how to use the system and set up new codes.A real pleasure working with you all. Great company to work with! They came out and helped me select a great quality door that fit my budget and had it installed right away! The installation was perfect and the door really made the front of our house look better than before!! Highly recommend!

We had an unexpected breakdown on our garage door....he answered right away, had same day availability, great customer service and knew what he was talking about! We will definitely be calling him again in the future!
