Bixi

This stop has internet connection issues. Even when you get the green light DONT TRUST IT UNTIL YOU SEE the TERMINATION IN YOUR APP. DONT LEAVE THE BIKE! Twice happened to me that when I put the bike back, the app kept charging me. The second time was worst. Someone took the bike and went away. I was lucky that he/she returned it at another stop not too far away. Called support but they told me that its because I hadnt locked the bike properly- which wasnt true. Be careful because if someone steals the bike- you are gonna pay! And besides, the bixi guy who is sometimes on that station couldnt speak English so my attempt to explain to him didnt go anywhere

Je confirme aussi un problème avec cette station, les vélos sont verouillés mais le système ne le reconnait pas (17 sept 2022). Bixi n'est d'aucune aide, nie le problème et continue de me facturer des frais injustes.
