Kanwal remained in contact with me to check that everything was going well and it is without hesitation that I recommend him as a good builder. I am very happy with the quality of my house builds.

Building with 88 Homes (Kanwal & Jag) was a stress free experience. From negotiating the fixed price contract with the desired finishes, to navigating the permitting process and then building a beautiful home exactly as agreed too in the contract, Kanwal was a true professional with business ethics. Never once did we doubt we were in good hands. Consider yourself lucky if Kanwal has the time to build you a home.

Kanwal and entire team at 88 Homes are extremely professional and knowledgeable. They have done an amazing job on construction of our dream home. They walked us through the process and took the time to really make sure we were comfortable before we signed our contract, they also educated us about the process and it has turned out amazing! A family rent this for us for 5 days, the place is nice, fully furnished, the downside, is too much noise on the room upstairs, too much stomping, jumping of kids , as if no one is below them, if you want a quiet place to stay after a long day, this is not recommended for you
