IDP IELTS Test Centre

I had a pretty satisfying experience with IDP IELTS Test Center in terms of the quality of organizing the exam, their helpful and professional staff, service and support to name a few. I do not hesitate in recommending this center to any individual who is in desperate need of IELTS preparation and test purposes.

I have had a mixed experience. The IDP Toronto call center is extremely helpful. While the IDP test center at Grant McEwan was completely unprofessional.I arrived at the test centre 45 minutes before test start time and there was only one person collecting bags for a long queue. I got in just at 9 a.m. which frustrated me a lot. Especially i got tensed just before the test because of this behaviour.They ask a single person to do everything i.e. collect bags, do fingerprints, take photos and conduct exam. Probably that is the reason that the productivity is so low.Worst of all, one of the projector out of the two wasn't working at all.

Terrible service! I received my test cancellation email about 3 months ago and refund policy was 4-5 weeks. Until now, its been more than 8 weeks there is nothing in my account. They never attend phone call. So we have to wait almost a week to speak to some one. Every time, I call the lady answer same thing that you have to wait to get refund. I don't understand why these people are doing like this.I wish I could give them 0 star. Thanks!! for your service towards your customers.I hope this review could help you to improve your service.

There examiners are very strict in marking. I gave IELTS exam 3 times before with BC. I got 7 or above in speaking in all 3 attempts and I got 7 in writing in my last two attempts. However, there examiners gave me 6.5 in both speaking and writing. So I was confident in my abilities and I submitted my EOR.There EOR team is even worst. I submitted my EOR on September 1 and paid for it on September 5. I am still waiting for my EOR. These are my conversion with their head office so far:1. September 25: It normally takes 3-4 weeks. Ok2. September 27: Can you please send us an email? Ok3. Email response September 28: You will receive a notification after your results are evaluated.4. Again Called them on September 28: You will receive it either on September 28 or October 1st. Ok5. October 1st your days start from the day you paid your invoice so wait until October 3rd and If you still didn’t receive an email notification please let us know we will send them an email.6. October 3rd we don’t have any updates it’s still in process. You need to wait. I can’t tell you the exact time. Could it be possible that I wouldn’t receive it a month from now? Yes. Do you want to contact your test centre if I haven’t received my EOR in a couple of days? No.At this point, I lost hope of getting my EOR and I booked another test assuming I donated all of my money to charity.

In current time the staff is doing awesome job in conducting the exams. Hats off to the IDP people, proper safe distance being ensured .The staff members always with smile ready to help in case of issues. The instructions to test explained clearly, time left called out and the overall ambience was of positivity and warmth.I suppose it's tough to manage so many people with same consistency but somehow the staff manages to do same.Good job guys, keep up the good work.

I had a great experience with IDP. I gave my exam twice and both the time i achieved great scores. All the instructors were really doing there work professionally. I recommend every one to go for IDP.

I registered the Acdemic test last month. But I was not very lucky that I got a very bad cold with headache, running nose, and serious coughing at a day before the test date. So I couldn't attend the test. When I called the center how to transfer the test date and refund, they told me I can sent the medical certificate signed by my my family Doctor directly. And finally the center approved a refund minus $75 according to the policy. It is a really good experience.

They examiners are very strict & just give you the worst mark possible. I had done two ielts tests before, (one academic & one general) & applied for general test in this centre , which i got my writing & speaking much lower than my first ielts test which was 2 years ago!& its obvious the examiners are giving you bad marks, cuz if my english is bad i shouldnt be taking high marks on listening & reading , but as those two are mcq based , examiners cant give you a low mark on those.Very disappointed! Dont try this centre.
