Deepak (and Natasha!) were super helpful today. I didn't feel any pressure to buy, and Deepak was very knowledgeable and up to date with the different phones. I didn't feel rushed and he was very patient in answering all my questions. I got a great phone for a great deal today. Thank you, Deepak!

Natasha and Deepak gave the most amazing customer service. Natasha's calm and professional demeanor along with great knowledge of the different devices was incredible.My personal phone was damaged and I was debating between devices and not only did she help me, she also used her expertise guide me to exactly what I needed vs what I was curious about. She gave me information I did not know about the business plans and consumer.No pressure sales, and great attitudes even while under staffed. I can't say enough about how wonderful my experience was.Fabulous people with amazing energy!

Overall was a good experience except some unfortunate errors were made in the advertising of the plan I was getting. I was told I was eligible for 50GB of data at a monthly rate and verbally agreed to this only to have it change to 30GB when it came time to sign the agreement. I also wasn’t told about a $50 activation fee that is “normally waived” and was added on at the end. A couple of small things that are disappointing during the exciting process of getting a new phone.....15/06/2023 Update - I have sent an email as requested to try and resolve the issues that arose.

The associate was helpful, pleasant and answered my questions. I was able to leave with a new phone and because he had to redo the paperwork work 4 times before it took, I was definitely aware of the finer details.

Exceptional service every time I come by the cell booth. I had to get a new phone before Christmas and was sad I’d miss out on the deals for boxing week (I use my phone for work) When I went in on the 23rd they had deals running and to say I was ecstatic was an understatement! Beyond thrilled with not only the knowledge, experience and service but the interaction with Shylo & Brandon was incredibly great and I will be back for further purchases. Thanks guys!

I was the first customer of the day and Deepak was extremely helpful and patient. He was the only representative manning the Wireless Kiosk and was very polite to all the others who wanted his attention regarding the current promotion. Even though he was in demand, he thoroughly explained all of my options and worked out the best fit for me.
