Best Motorcycle dealer I've dealt with. I originally just inquired online and Kevin was really helpful responded on my email and answered my questions, he told me when the bike I like is available and made an appointment to see it. Unfortunately it's a bit too big for me, he could have just pushed to sell me the wrong bike, but he didn't, instead he helped me decide on finding my perfect bike. Transaction was smooth and flawless including the delivery. Miles stayed to answer all my questions when he delivered my Triumph Speed Twin 900. Recently started my journey into becoming a rider and am in the research phase. Went here a couple weeks ago with my wife and was greeted within minutes of entering. Walked around for a few minutes, but was approached by a young and very knowledgeable gentleman (can't remember the guy's name but he had red hair). I explained that I'm just getting into motorcycles and he explained jackets, helmets, and other gear as if I came in with 0 knowledge, which was perfect because that was really close to where I was at. He showed me some different jackets and helmets, explained a couple bikes, let me know there was the used bikes in the basement and told me to browse around, feel free to try on stuff, and if I needed any help, to get him. There was a couple bikes I was interested in sitting on, but with them all being close together, I was reluctant. Before we left, 2 other employees actually took the time to greet us and one of them spent a few more minutes talking to me about riding and gear. Will definitely be going back, even if it's just for gear. Maybe will be heading back and looking into financing a bike. Either way, they left a great impression.

I was assisted by a gentleman quite remarkably during my last visit. (Regret, i forgot his name)I ended up buying gloves just due to the fact on how well I was treated as a prospective customer.Service done on my motorbike was good. However, there was an issue I had explained which could not be identified or fixed. Hope to get a reason to appreciate the service next time.

Purchased a brand new Sv650 from Derek. This was my first bike and he spent a lot of time with me through the process and helped me pick out some gear. I had planned on buying gear online but the prices were excellent and I was able to try everything on before hand. I would not hesitate to buy another bike from Sturgess/Derek in the future and I recommend them if you're in the market for a bike and riding gear. I can't speak on their service department just yet as I haven't brought my bike in for its first service but I have high hopes.

This is a dealership with a lot of history and it shows that they understand customer service extremely well. I had the opportunity to trade in my bike and got an excellent value towards a new bike. Kevin Greer was the sales person I dealt with and he made the entire experience painless while being honest throughout. The dealership delivered the bike as per the date stated as well as Kevin following up to make sure my ride home from Hamilton to Mississauga was ok. I am very pleased with the purchase, professionalism and honesty at this dealership. They have a loyal customer in me moving forward.

New to riding and they didn't make me feel too dumb with my questions, They also had a quick look at a used bike I just purchased. AJ was great and answered the questions I had and Paul was great when bringing it in for service. Aaron is always quick to respond to emails.
