Had Leaf Filter installed rather than regular gutters to eliminate the yearly cleaning.After approx 1 1/2 years later, the gutters developed leaks on all the corner joints.Leaf Filter came out to inspect the problem and made a date to come and fix the problem (Thank You).i would recommend Leaf Filter as a premium product with superior service.

Had product installed, but having an issue with one of my gutters. I called and scheduled someone to come out for last Monday between 8am-12pm. At around 1030 they call and tell me the person that was coming had a baby the night before and needed to reschedule to today between 8-12 again. The person tells me they are sorry and will be sure to be at my place first thing in the morning. I understand things happen. So here we are 5:30pm and nobody has shown up. Not even a phone call to tell me they are not coming. I called in 2 times today to ask where they were. The first time I was told a manager would call me right back. After almost 2 hours of waiting I called again. Was told someone would call me back before 4pm tomorrow. This is now day 2 of taking time off from my business for someone to not even show up. Terrible customer service. I definitely do not recommend.

Leaffilter is a scaming and fraud. I worked for them as a sub contractor back in January. After two jobs I realized Im not making any money and so I returned all there materials and quite. This was jan 30 2023. Reza, who is there office manager at port Coquitlam branch said they will auto deposit the two jobs that I already have done in three weeks as there is a process and I said no problem. Quick note i have provided them with all my bank info before starting Now its April and I still have not been payed. I'm in the process of taking legal action. I have contacted there head office and not much help. This is how they threat there subcontractors.

Pushy sales tactics tells me that product doesn’t sell itself very well. 6000$ difference for “signing today” made me feel like the cost was not based on calculations, but pricing scams. I felt very uncomfortable and wanted sales person to leave my house right away. I do need new gutters at my cottage and my old house gutters cleaned but I don’t feel I can trust the salesperson to sell me what the product is really worth and sell me what I really need. No trees where my house is…. Offered “discounted price” of 19000$!!!what a joke.Why do I need leaf filters if a regular gutter is fine? It’s all about meeting sales target not offering a product that is needed. Surprising companies still don’t get that “pushing and tricking” doesn’t work… I felt bad for sales person who is made to do this. Maybe thinking that tricking and way way overcharging a few clients is better than no clients?

Tried to book with leaf filter for a quote, they took days to get back to me, now that it's been over half a year since I called them, they are now spamming me every 2 days with robo-calls. Very annoying

I purchased their leaf filter system and love it. After a recent hail storm they came out and inspected it for damage within a few days. Excellent customer service.

Aggressive sales tactics. Price went from 6000 down to 1700 after a call to the boss". Guy wouldn't leave. Had to tell him to get out of my house. Will try to get you to sign a contract and shame you when you say you need to think about it. So glad we did not do business with them. The product we were shown looks like it would clog easily and I'm sure water would be pouring off of our roof."

Poor sales techniques. To book a “quote” phone sales person made the assumption (likely due to the fact that I’m female) that I was not the decision maker (I am the homeowner) and kept pushing and pressuring me to give her all the names of the “households decision makers” “we need them to be present for the quote” on multiple occasions. Likely due to their pressure sales tactics. I repeated to her multiple times that we would be getting multiple quotes and not pressured to make a decision on the spot. Did not appreciate their approach at all. Will not be using this service ever. After reading reviews - it’s clear that there are much cheaper options on the market and much of their product isn’t suitable for pnw weatherEdit - the owner provided me with a comment (well I am the homeowner…) the assumption that I was not was frankly a little discriminatory. They could ask the question in a less assumptive way. there are other companies that provide a much more positive customer oriented experience

Redid my gutters and down spouts fixed some facia boardsInstallers went above and beyond by fixing my rain barrel. Lovely people from my first phone call to completion.. highly recommend.

This business is untrustworthy, and they make automated calls (robo-calls). I recommend blocking their number.They have more than 50 phone numbers.
