On 21 March 2023, I received seasonal tire change and 4 wheel alignment services at this location. Starting the week of May, I started to hear a rattling noise in the front left compartment. The noise got progressively louder and I brought the vehicle to the Kia West dealership on 12 May 2023 (the vehicle was not in service during the first half month of April as I was away on spring holidays). The technician asked me if I changed the tires because the front left tire was not properly secured and was loose. Fortunately, the vehicle fault was diagnosed before any severe accident on the road that could have caused a risk to the public. I request this location to investigate on this matter to prevent any future accident. Thank you.[UPDATE] Kaltire customer service promptly responded and immediately took action. The respective manager of the location directly contacted me, explained the probable root cause, and compensated within reason. I appreciate the quick reponse and professional customer service. I will start by saying that the woman at the front desk was certainly friendly but beyond that what bothers me is that I brought two wheels in I took off the car and to have those worn tires replaced with a pair of newer Michelins I also had. Got home and found out a valve was leaking so had to arrange another appointment the next day. Arrived on time and at almost 30 minutes later decided to go shopping as nothing had been done at that point which happens understandably.Two hours later I received a text that the wheel was ready. I was charged for another balance as well as re & re of the tire because I was told it was unidirectional, which, in this case the Michelin Defender is not. They installed and balanced it the day before and suddenly it was now not mounted properly.Bottom line, instead of changing the tire valve for free they went through a completely unnecessary and time wasting procedure. I imagine the valve was not replaced in the first instance which any truly professional tire shop would have done.I rarely submit negative reviews but in this case and with this particular Kal Tire location I cannot believe they would treat any customer in this manner. Having been in the automotive industry for many years I know what it means to treat any customer fairly. If you want to loose one this is one way to do it. Should not have been charged anything except perhaps a new valve.One last mention, they told me the second time that rim was badly bent, yes it was damaged in one area on the inside above the bead area but not enough to cause an issue. Interestingly I mentioned this during the first visit and nothing was further was made of it.

Brought my car in as the driver's side rear tire had a slow leak. Paid $40 to take care of it, and everything was good, or so it seemed.2 days later (of the car being idle), I checked the pressure and noticed it had dropped from 33 to 20 psi during that time.I called and the rep apologized, and booked another appointment for me.After I went in and had the work done, they wanted to charge me again as they said it was a new leak caused by a finishing nail, assuring they wouldn't have missed it during the first appointment during their dunk test. After I voiced some concern about having to pay again after the sequence of events which had occurred in so short a time, Gord said no problem and that they would cover the cost. Thanks Gord!

The store staffs are friendly and professional. The shop is clean. No drama no story. You tell them what it needs, they will get it done for you. Very happy with my service there yesterday.

Came in with a flat tire which I had them replace and although I told them where the wheel lock nut was they still rifled throughout my entire car looking for it leaving a complete mess. This is on top of the fact that they didn't even reset my tire pressure sensor after they replaced the flat tire.Also, if you have a manual transmission don't come here as they don't have anyone who knows how to actually drive manual given the fact that the technician moving my car was aggressively revving my car almost the entire time he was moving it.Absolutely unacceptable and unprofessional.

Went in yesterday to discuss replacing 14 year old tires on my 03 Tacoma. The staff really knew their stuff, found the tires I wanted and booked me in for the next morning. An hour and a half later, after being thoroughly entertained by watching a pro swap out the tires and a much overdue wheel alignment, I left a very happy customer. The staff at this location are friendly, knowledgeable and first rate. If truck tires weren't so expensive to replace I'd be back more often. Thank you for a great experience and we'll see you in 10 years.
