I had an awful experience with Dr. Kutlesa daughter .All my experiences with Dr. Kutlesa were fantastic but when I saw her daughter she said I had to have 4 teeth removed which I understood and she booked an appointment for them.She didn't ask my medical history which is very extensive.She didn't ask about my blood thinners.She said they were easy pulls.Fast forward to day before my appt the secretary called and said Dr. KUTLESA advised that she reviewed my file and that her daughter couldn't do it.Refers me to dental surgeons booking 3 months out .I was suffering with an infection and using oral gel 5 or more times a day with antibiotics from my family dr.I finally got to see an oral surgeon I found on my own bc this office was no help and he took one look and said absolutely cannot be done in a dental or surgery office only in Hosptial.He called all my specialists to have a plan in place .Blood thinners had to be stopped or I could bleed out.Finally after 5 and a half months on antibiotics..pain killers barely able to eat it was done in the hsp.Don't use this clinc if you have alot of medical issues.Lesson learned.

Receptionist is sweet. I came to their office with a lot of pain and Dr.Kutlesa was very patient considering how rude I may have seemed due to the agony I was in, (apologizes) but she remained professional without judgement and explained in detail what was wrong, even took the time to show me my X-rays and what work needed to be done to help the healing process. Her staff is great, and attentive.I am insured by ClaimSecure and they do direct billing with the insurance company and advise you of any difference that is remaining. I’ve been going to Dr.Kutlesa’s office for the past 6 months and I had never had any problems. One thing that it stood out to me was that the staff remember you and ask you how you are doing and remember the things you told them from your last visit. Nobody is just a patient to them. They are very caring and nice. I used to be scared to go to the dentist now I’m happy to go. Everyone should go to Dr.Kutlesa’s dental office.

Dr Kutlesa is an amazing women and Doctor. Her chair side manner is true and she really does care about her patients. Her skill set as a doctor (surgeon) is one of the best out there and she is constantly studying. I know if I ever needed something in an emergency I can depend on her and her staff to get me in. She has continued to care for her patients even through her own personal health issues and she has not shied away from COVID. Front line 100% !!!! I wish all our Doctors were as passionate as this women. I give her double bonus stars!

Kutlesa Dental is the best place to go for any dental work in Hamilton. The staff is friendly, the office is bright and beautiful and they use the latest technology. I've been a patient for a while but I recently suffered a broken molar. I did not have an appointment but they brought me in right at the end of their day and fixed the tooth. 5/5 for this place.

Dr.Kutlesa and her Team are the best in the business. Caring, kind, gentle and professional. I can honestly say, after having many Dentists, starting at the age of 2, Dr.Kutlesa is the best Dentist I've ever had. Thank you Team for everything.

My family and I have been at the practice for 23 years. Dr. Kutlesa is the best. She is knowledgeable and provides care with a big heart. We moved away from the area but we kept her as our family dentist. She is the best!

Do not hesitate to visit Kutlesa Dental for all of your dental needs. I dread going to the dentist normally, but I genuinely look forward to my visits at Kutlesa Dental. Both Dr. Kutlesa's (mother and daughter) are fantastic dentists who take the time to explain treatment plans and provide comprehensive, judgement-free, oral care. Their attention to detail is fantastic and their warmth is unmatched, which is why I continue to commute to their office from Toronto. I cannot recommend this dental practice enough.

Previously posted about Dr Kutlesa and her amazing staff. I have been her patient for over 15 years. And yet once again, they provide excellent service. Dr Kutlesa is a very caring and knowledgeable individual. I had a broken tooth a month ago, Dr Kutlesa suggested a dental implant which wasnt something I had expected to do. However, they took so much time and explained the process to me - here I am, a month later, the wound is healing well, the process itself is very long but I don't regret it. Right after the surgery, she called me to see how I was doing, and typically after any more complex procedure, she takes the time to call and check up on you. When I made the call about the broken tooth, it was a Sunday afternoon, she let me come in the next morning. That's not the first time she did it for me. She always finds an appointment. Thank you to Dr Mariana, her daughter Dr Olivia, and her assistant Sandra - all three who were there during my oral surgery. And thank you to Bobby Ann who was available to answer any questions for me at any time. Apart from this experience, Dr Kutlesa has been by my side to give advice about education and career, she genuinely cares about every single person she meets - I really mean it! Thank you once again for everything!

Dr Kutlesa has been my dentist for 20 years and all I can say is Wow! She is one of the most amazing people on this planet. Each and every one of her patients are important to her. Even thoughout tough personal times she has been strong and will always be there for you when you need her.Dr Kutlesa strives to do the best possible job, she's constantly refining her skills by participating in continuing education to be at the forefront and top of her field. Even the Dental Hygienists are excellent, and make sure they are patient & constantly make sure you're okay during treatment.I highly recommend Kutlesa Dental if you're looking for a new dentist.
