I had a really good experience specifically with this store staff is super friendly and most importantly i am very picky with my taste preferences and they have made what i exactly wanted.lovely people! One must visit and i can say that it will worth visit!! Congrats

Super friendly staff. I tried there vanilla matcha and it was super delicious. They were about to close in just 3 minutes but the girl still made me a really amazing smoothie.

The customer service at this location is some of the best I have received anywhere. They are always kind and friendly, and make a great smoothie. I have been coming to this location for years and have never been disappointed. Compared to other locations and smoothie/ juice stores the SFU Jugo Juice has been the best amongst them all.

I got the jugo classic, fruits taste old but not sure what I was expecting from a frozen fruit smoothie. Worst part is that you cannot make you own smoothie combinations.

I have honestly never received such bad service in my life. The workers are rude and they did nothing but chat rather than make my drink. They were very passive aggressive.

In my years studying in this campus i have encountered terrible services and terrible taste from them. today i ordered a smoothie, the lady throw in some frozen banana into the blender and hand me a mixture fill up only 80% of the cup.I then went to library for the exam study and forget to drink the smoothie, 1 hour later i saw there was an layer at the middle, above the layer was all bubble.You paid ~8 bucks for maybe 50mL of juices, lmaoAnd taste is definitely AWFUL, you can make a much better smoothie at your home by using some fresh fruits and yogurt. Avoid this place.
