The single worst experience with quad or SxS ever ....these guys took almost a full year to fix my SxS and then couldn't wash it or make certain the battery would be good and charged me a crazy amount of 2300$ to fix a broken rear drive shaft and brake pads plus oil change ...if you had it for that long and want to charge me 2300$ why not rinse the quad at least ...your over billing me as is really use a hose and maybe I wouldn't get upset

This right here is an Armada Talon I bought a week ago. This bike is fully electric and it’s a great investment. The range I got varied between 55-75km depending on the speed I went and my top governed speed was roughly 35km/h, even though I was able to go an easy 65 km/h with the governor off. The seats on the bike are super comfortable, and even riding the bike for hours at a time wasn’t an issue because of how well built everything was. The lights on the bike are super bright, the brake discs are perfect, and the Shock Absorbers are Hydraulic ! If I’m being completely honest, I can not think of any imperfections, even the price is competitively matched and you’re getting the best deal in the city as well as manufactures warranty. Only little thing I couldn’t get at the time, was a different colour because of how much they were selling their inventory. Overall, my experience was good. Took me a little to get help because of how many clients they were with. But Cam gave me a hand and explained everything to me.

I purchased the Gio Sport from them. The very first ride I took, the front gear was squealing like crazy after 1/2 hour. When we looked closely the gear was rubbing against the shock. There was no gap at all to allow for heat expansion. When we had taken a closer look the back fender was on crooked which is not good especially when the cord from the battery was inside that fender and was connected to the light. I ended up walking the bike back to my place after one hour ride with very loud squealing. I contacted them and they said to bring it down. They insisted it was a brake issue and the back fender could be fixed. This is my very first ride with the bike. The chain guard was also rubbing against the peddle. I fixed it with a hair blower as it was plastic but I am not sure that would have kept its shape for long. They refused a refund but then said they would accept but there would be a restocking fee. This bike cost me $500.00+ I asked them if they don't inspect the bike before releasing to customer - they said they do. I am very disappointed. As a side note I recommend no one purchase that bike. I have a blister on my thumb as the gear is not very well placed and I have small hands so that should tell you something. The gears should have expansion room for heating and they don't. The fenders have the cords inside the fender rather than outside attached to the frame. If the fenders are crooked you will have a bigger problem. The controls on the left hand side are too far apart. The motor is very spunky but the bike is very noisy. It is a great looking bike but looks are deceiving. No, I don't recommend Gateway and I don't recommend this bike. Very poor design.

Best purchase that I have made in a long time. I came in looking for a scooter to use for daily commutes, while still wanting to get something that was fun and worth the money, and was recommended by the staff to get the Blade GT Pro. Don't regret it as the range on it is past 90km every single time, so I can use it for my errands and still have power left over for a good amount. It does have some serious kick too but the shocks, hydraulic brakes, and different speed settings helped me make the ride comfortable, speedy, and well worth my money.

This store has such an unique variety of Electric Bikes, I personally like the S604 ones that they offer, but everything here I’ve heard and researched about and they all are really good. These guys care about customer experience and actually providing value which is why I choose this store for my E-bikes. When I came in today I even found out that they now offer even faster chargers for Surface 604!

When I came in I was surprised at the huge selection of unique items, hoverboards, scooters, mopeds, bikes, quads… These guys have it, not to mention lots of different colours+slight variations. Super helpful and knowledgeable staff, and the atmosphere was nice as staff was super friendly and could joke around with. I ended up purchasing 2 scooters and will definitely be back in the future. I’m really surprised more people don’t know more about this store as it’s genuinely one of the coolest places I’ve visited in Edmonton. Keep it up guys !

I’ve never bought an electric bike before or any high end electrical item before to be honest, but Edi from Gateway Power Sports helped me and I’m so happy with my purchase. When i initially was thinking about an e bike I had so many questions and was even a bit worried, but every. single. question of mine was answered and the expertise that all the staff members showed was unreal. I decided to go with the Surface 604 Werk and I’ve been riding it for over 3 months now over all of summer and into September and i can genuinely say that the purchase was like an investment, the bike rides so smoothly and i use it for everything from going on trails to commuting to work. If you’re even slightly thinking of an e bike, go to Gateway and check out the wide selection of bikes that they offer. You won’t be disappointed!! Thank you so much guys! Bought my first bike from here a week ago. I haven’t been able to ride bicycles for my whole life because of a hip injury, but when I showed up to Gateway and explained my situation. They went the extra mile and made sure I was accommodated and could find something that was 1. Safe, and 2. Worth the money. Edi recommend me the Trike with Pedal Assist as it had different levels and I could even use less over time. I want to say that you guys truly made me happy and brought me an experience like never before.

I just purchased an electric dirt bike for my kids and had the pleasure of dealing with Tim. Tim was very knowledgeable, helpful and professional to work with!I was on a very tight time constraint when the time came to finalize the purchase and he was very conscious of this and got me on my way in no time!Would definitely recommend them to anyone in the market!
