Disappointing. Ordered avocado toast, med. Coffee, apple fritter warmed a little. My avocado toast was toasted on one side only, therefore not crisp...soggy. person scrubbing floor proceeded to pull chairs out around my ta le and scrub around my feet. I had to ask if they could scrub elsewhere while I ate. Then I had to go back and ask for my apple fritter and they heated it so much that it was so hot and a bit tough to eat. Need new Management, maybe?

Staff was not trained to make order and when I asked other staff to help her complete the order this person told me that she was mNot able to help her. I had to ask her again to do so then a third staff brought the order to me and apologized for their behaviors. Sad situation was waiting for thirty minutes for that order. Please train your staff appropriately and have other staff aware and willing to assist.

I went to the Cold Stone half and the staff were great, the ice cream was super tasty and creamy (get the sweet cream!) And they informed me that they make their banana ice cream with real bananas....it was a staff idea....fantastic! You can tell they are engaged when they start adding to the menu.

Used a gift card for a large coffee at drive thru. Was not offered a receipt. Requested receipt to track gift card value. Was given attitude and a receipt for a bunch of things I didn't buy. Came back around to make sure I hadn't been 5x overcharged for my coffee. Was given more attitude and a long-winded response on how they didn't mess up they just gave me the wrong receipt. Gave another long answer about how they just closed out the till so I was probably out of luck on getting the real receipt. Then they found the right receiptb before they finished laying out the story, balled it up and put it in my hand before turning and leaving the window. Very weird, defensive, honestly pathetic display to someone that just politely ordered one black coffee and didn't want to get charged for a family's lunch. Where is the Christmas spirit? Sad!

Very dirty & staff confused at what to do. Had to return my iced coffee as it was all ice & cream with a tiny bit of coffee. Very disappointed as we have been there several times and always been satisfied.
