Bad customer service. Didn't feel comfortable to leave my loved ones with them what so ever.One comment: Sit down. Be humble.She said I'm the first unhappy customer since the 80's. Yeah right.

Definitely recommend using them as a childcare service. We have never used a service like this and we had a fantastic experience. Ann was so nice and very quick to respond back when booking. They sent Tanya to watch our kids which are 4 and 1 years old. She was an absolute pleasure and so good with our children. We had originally just booked two evenings so my husband and I could go to dinner, but Tanya was so fantastic and trust worthy that we ended up booking her for an additional evening and an entire day so that we could go to Lake Louise to downhill ski. Will absolutely be using them again when we are back in the Banff area!!

Wonderful service, the owner is very pleasant, kind, and professional and responds very quickly to even last minute calls!The sitters are very reliable and have lots of experience not only within the company, but also from raising their own kids.Overall I'm very impressed with this company and would highly recommend them to anyone visiting Banff or Canmore!

Wonderful experience with Childcare Connection during our Banff holiday. Relied on their services multiple times for ski days and evenings away for our children aged 9months to 6 years old. Caregivers were kind and reliable! Thank you to Genet and Haregu, along with Ann.

Absolutely recommend using their service. Fair prices, quick to respond and no issues with our 6 and 18 month olds in their care. They did a wonderful job and would highly recommend.This was our first time using a service like this. We were apprehensive to have care givers we had never met looking after our children. They took to them right away, and we never had any issues at all. After this experience we would happy trust their services again in the future.
