I'd give this place no stars if that was possible horrible coustomer service dont call them looking for information on part numbers for your vehicle they will just hang up on you then if you try and call them back they will put you on hold and leave you there till you hang up they are ignorant and dont deserve your business I hope this review helps dont shop here there's plenty of auto parts stores that respect there costomers

The associate I spoke with at the Stoney Creek location went above and beyond to find me a axle seal that was discountinued from Ford. They even shipped it to a Hamilton Location that was closer to me for p/u.
