Courtyard by Marriott Toronto Downtown

I stayed here for one night for our downtown trip with my classmates, and the room was spacious and clean, the bed was extremely comfortable, and their room service is always available. We also had a tour inside the hotel, from the food and beverage area to the engineering department, and all the staff we’ve met are very hospitable and friendly. They will really welcome you with a smile. What I like the most is the buffet they served. The food was fresh and delightful. I recommend this hotel because the location is good, easy to get in and out of the city.

This hotel is the best rated in the area. I have been staying here for years. If you stay for a few nights you definitely won't be disappointed.Well, it was a wonderful experience to visit the hotel with college friends and professors. I am very impressed with the overall facilities of the hotel, as it was super clean, spacious, and well organized. I feel extremely lucky that I got the opportunity to stay there for one night with my friends and we all stay there in double-double rooms and most importantly the general manager of the hotel gave the full hotel tour in brief to all the hospitality students which was helpful to all of us to learn more about hospitality industry.

Valet parking was the only option available. I was not told of this in advance and was an extra expense I did not plan on ($52 a night). The wall paper in the bathroom was peeling, the TV was not working when we arrived and we needed service. Tried calling the front desk and was redirected to an extension of someone who was not working that day. They tried to direct us to call an outside line to get help. Way too much work, we could not reach the front desk with our issue so we had to go down to the desk to ask for help. They did come fix it quickly. The bed was worn, the shower head pipe cover was not attached. For paying over $400 for one night, you would expect it to be perfect. The location was very good, there was a lot of street noise though.

well, it was my first experience staying at a hotel in Canada and I can say that it is one of my best experiences as I really enjoy my night stay at a hotel with all my friends, we really had a great experience. Most importantly the staff of the hotel is really amazing they take care of all needs of the customers and were really humble and friendly. the food, room, and staff were amazing. they prepared fresh food which was amazing in taste. The location of the hotel is unreal as Eaton Center is within a walking distance. One of the best things that really like about the hotel is the rooms, the rooms were very neat and clean. the view from the hotel is really nice. overall, it was one of the best experiences for me and I will never forget it in my life.

I was first impressed with the service and professionalism. I didn't like that you absolutely had to have your vehicle valeted to its parking spot which now is going to cost me money as the driver hit a curb and damaged my new rims which cost me $4500. I would rather be appointed a spot and be responsible for my own vehicle. The hotel took zero responsibility for the damage and I didn't receive a cent back even after being told the manager was going to be informed. The hotel was a great stay but they need to fix the valet service, if you have a vehicle worth anything I would recommend a different hotel or parking it somewhere else.

Decent stay, stopped in for one night. Good location, walkable area, close to food, bars, shopping, etc. We were able to save money by parking on the street, we downloaded the park app and loaded it as necessary. The room was set up very weird, the sink was located on the outside of the bathroom, I found this to be very unsanitary. Pretty quiet hotel. Check in was easy, nice staff. One of the elevators was down, which caused there to be a line to get up to rooms. Would stay again for the convenient location.

A clean and welcoming hotel. Check in and out was seamless. Valet parking was easy and well run. The location is central to many attractions. The staff greeted us with a welcome back" whenever we entered the hotel.We enjoyed our stay."

I must say I had a sweet sleep ever since I’ve been in Canada. Hotel has a great location which gave me a chance to go for a walk to CF Toronto Eaton Center, Nathan Phillips Square, as well as well-known shops and restaurants surrounding. The building is a bit dated for me but big, clean, and well maintained. Additionally, my room is comfortable and spacious; the bed is soft and easy to sleep. I took a picture of downtown at night from my room's window, and it was one of my favorites photos. Overall, my entire experience was wonderful.

They have their own cafe in the lobby that serves Starbucks coffee. They also provide complimentary laundry service to their guests.Take note that you have to be mindful of the time that you'll check in, because the front door entrance is only accessible by a room key after 10pm. A workaround is checking online using the Marriott app and they will issue a mobile key that can open main doors and guest rooms :)
