Quoted one price on the phone for gutter cleaning service. I explained it was a two story house.He arrived (late), but did complete the job - then told me the price had suddenly increased by over 10%, because it was a two story house.I had already e-transferred the originally agreed upon amount. When I stated that was not his original quote, he proceeded to argue with me, tell me that it was not good enough, and he continued to knock on the door and threaten to call the police, put me into collections, and place a lien on my house.I ended up transferring the extra just to end the harassment of phone calls, and put an end to this.These guys need some serious customer service skills. I would not recommend using them, and stay away from their service.The lesson I have learned is to get a written quote before the work starts.
