First-rate mechanic. And he's as honest as they come.I had a sudden rattling noise coming from the top half of my motor. John told me to start it up and pop the hood. He had it diagnosed with two possible options before I could even get the hood open. And thank goodness it was the least expensive one.Best mechanic I've ever dealt with.I try to do fix things myself if possible. Because I'm thrifty... (My mother says it's instincts from my Irish heritage , while my wife says I'm just cheap.) But as I once read at the end of the procedure in a Chilton manual (some things are best left up to the professionals.

Put up with a snow job, no calls from mechanic saying price is going up, went from i can do it for $500 to I dont work for free $1293" ill never go back and ill make sure i never send another soul to themDo yourself a favor and just dont even go there.
