Fantastic place. They've taken the extra steps to put up a lot of beautiful art and maintain some impressively large plants. The two people I've met at reception are exceptional.But even if the entire place was mediocre, I'd give the entire business five stars just for Sarah's skilled & intentional osteopathy work. Her work is subtle, precise, and at least for me, extremely beneficial.

I’ve been to Spa Vert twice now, once for deep tissue massage and more recently for anti-stress massage, and both times I had an amazing experience. Easy to book online, convenient location, a lot of availabilities for appointments (including last minute which works great for me), and most importantly very professional staff. I highly recommend.

I had Henrique for a work office massage + 15 min cupping and I can tell you it was one of the best massage I've had in Montreal. He took his time and had the end I felt as light as a feather.Also the girl as the desk as good customer service skills!

Very odd and unwelcoming service from Spa Vert. I had an acupressure massage appointment booked with Diane and a few days before the appointment I started receiving daily phone calls asking me to change from Diane to Elizabeth. I declined the change request three times in a row, and was eventually told that Diane had a VIP client who is requesting my appointment time. It was not welcoming, and very unprofessional - will not be returning.Edit as a reply to Diane the owner:Your receptionist did indeed explain to me that you had a VIP client requesting my appointment time. I also did not request any refund for my appointment. I did ask you to please not charge my wife the 60% fee, but you went ahead and charged it anyways.Your receptionist was quite rude over the phone with both of us as well.Your desire to discredit my negative review instead of listening to a clients concerns is also uncalled for, and in my opinion alone worthy of a 1 star review.

Great spa for massages. I greatly appreciated my experience with Handy. He gave a great massage and was very kind. Aassage for 1h is currently 104$ + tax. You can reserve online through their new system or call.

An absolute gem, I have tried many therapists over the years at Espace Vert and all are consistently good...The owners and employees go above and beyond to ensure a relaxing and zen atmosphere. Mireille is my go to" and she is very knowledgable and sweet. Thank you

As someone who is very particular with my deep massages, I would highly recommend Spa Vert to anyone.I have been going to Spa Vert since the pandemic and have found their location to be very clean. They offer a variety of teas and the ambience is very inviting. The front desk are also always very pleasant to interact with.As someone who prefers deep pressure, both Gillian and Hilary were excellent and consistent throughout.With Gillian, you feel like he experiences each 'knot' with you (you'll have to have a massage by him to really understand what I mean by this) and is very excellent at targeting areas in need and providing exercises after to counter further tension.Hilary's massage literally feels like a waterfall - the flow in her movements are so exact and every move she makes you know is with an intention. By the end, there will be no knot that can hide from her and the next day I felt like a brand new person.Overall, I have had great experiences with 2 massage therapists and am very impressed!!

My work is high stress and physically demanding. Spa Vert is an absolute oasis for me and I look forward to my frequent treatments there. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming, and no matter which therapist has treated me, i leave feeling relaxed and spoiled.I highly recommend Diane for shiatsu and energy work, and Pnina for therapeutic massage.

No matter what my needs have been (injury, serious illness, relaxation), they've been able to help me. Gift certificates for massages has been one of the best and most appreciated gifts I give to friends and family.
