Very disappointed with this pharmacy. I have been coming here for years and just in the last 3 months there are been just issue after issue. I will not recommend them anymore. They need to get better people working there and a better system for faxing and telephone. Not sure what is going on with them, ready to go elsewhere.

Spent 30 minutes trying to reach the pharmacy. Called and called again and called again. No one answers. During regular working hours. The one person who did answer put me on hold indefinitely. After waiting 30 minutes I just gave up. Needed an emergency prescription and just wanted the fax number. Whoever is working there on Sunday December 18 isn't doing their job.

The pharmacy staff is amazing! Alla and his team offer quick, reliable service for perscriptions and are able to answer many questions that otherwise you have to call the Dr and wait for an answer. The pharmacy team know most clients by name and greet everyone quickly whether they are busy or not. I have used this pharmacy for many years and trust them implicitly with my prescriptions.

Pharmacist and players are incompetent. Always mess it up somehow. Also, what is the point of having a drive through window when it is never open!? Very irritating. Go anywhere else.

Pharmacist is rude. Did not take the time to listen to my concerns. Assistant told me 20 mins till prescription will be ready and when I went to pick it up 30 mins later, I was told it would be another 15 mins. When I asked why, pharmacist just walked away.

Ive heard bad things about the pharmacy section at this location but I gave them the benefit of the doubt, plus its conveniently located inside where I was doing my groceries.I tried to drop off a prescription and I waited more than 5 minutes to get a staff member to come to me and process it, despite it being not busy at all. There were 3 different staff members working there, they clearly saw me and chose to ignore me; and went back to chatting amongst each other. I got fed up, grabbed my prescription and walked off.The rest of that superstore location is fine but Im definitely never coming back to that pharmacy ever again.

They never answer their phone, don't fill all prescriptions, Don't let you know when prescriptions are ready. Drive through is always closedPoor service
