Disgusting! I would rate a zero if I could. The guys who install the frame and deliver the mattress were unprofessional to say the least. The frame was setup crooked so the mattress doesn't fit properly, someone has to come back to adjust the frame correctly. These guys transferred the old/new mattresses in the hallway of the apartment building not inside my apartment. While they exchanged the old mattress for the new ones, they put the new mattresses on the floor in the hallway! The dirty carpets in the hallway, where people and animals walk around in dirty shoes/boots, this was the introduction of my new mattresses. Sitting on dirty carpets waiting for me to sleep on!! Beyond disgusting.They did not wear masks nor ask if they should wear them, I'm immunocompromised, they should have been wearing masks.I won't bother explaining what happened with customer service, it was just as stupid.Think twice before buying a mattress here.

We purchased a mattress and platform. After a couple of weeks my husband said the mattress was hurting his back. We went in and exchanged for a minimal amount of money and are extremely pleased with the new mattress. The delivery guys are amazing and so professional. Sales people that we dealt with were wonderful

We have never dealt with such a great company -from the day we walked in the store it was a positive experience Your sales rep knew everything that was possible and it was a pleasure no pressure just everything we needed to know about our purchase. We told her we would come in the next day to decide what was best for me ( I’m 82, and live alone.) (As I have some some cognitive issues) . She listened to my needs ( so daughter was with me-she’s my business and voice too).the next morning we went and made our decision. The date, time that they were coming to deliver and they delivered right on time. There is no doubt our family will purchase from your company-it is amazing. We came into the story for some information and to try out a particular mattress. Kristy was very knowledgeable and was not burdened showing us different options even though we were having troubles making a concrete decision. He didnt pressure us and was able to provide great insight into options available. Kudos and we will definitely will return when we are for sure ready. Thank you

Great bed and great service, couldn't ask for better!

Was in the market for a new mattress. Stopped by the store. The staff were incredibly friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I got all the help I needed and was not pressured at any point in the process. The sales folk knew exactly when to step in with a tidbit and when to back off and leave me alone. The store was clean and well stocked.

I had such an amazing experience. Stacey was very knowledgeable, professional and patient. I would recommend Stacey and sleep country to all my friends and family.

Ted was great, got us in and out quick and shot ultra straight on getting us setup with a bed and all the other stuff with it.

My partner and I went here shopping for a mattress, and we received what possibly could be the best customer service of my life. My only regret is that I can’t remember the name of the person who helped us, because really she was amazing.

I purchased mattresses as gifts for my kids because a good night's sleep is so important, and I want them to have a good mattress when they are younger adults. These are Serta memory foam mattresses. The purchases were done over the phone, with great service. The sales person called head office and got me a lower price because I was buying more than one mattress. The deliveries were easy for my kids to coordinate, in three different cities. Everyone is very happy with their new mattress. I highly recommend Sleep Country.
