I picked up the Chipotle Lime, Black Garlic and Jalapeño Lime hot sauces at the Regina Farmers Market today and WOW I’m in love. Each sauce’s flavour is so amazing that you almost forget there’s heat to follow, but just the perfect amount. Can’t say these bottles will last too long and I can’t wait to try more of their flavours.

After a painful test taste with my hot sauce loving other half... I tapped out at the citrus and hibiscus ghost pepper but my other half adored the scorpion pepper tropical lemongrass. The girls at the farmers market were ABSOLUTELY amazing, i'm grateful these delectables for our menu at home. Thank you!!

Just used some of the chile de Arbol & Tamarind. Wonderful flavour, with some vinegar, sweet, and then some heat. Used with some chicken things and will TOTALLY do again.

These hot sauces are amazing! Tried them at our friends house and loved them. Then decided to order some for our family - the owner sent them with a hand written note and some bonus bottles (because she said she was bit slower than usual to ship). Such interesting flavours and a variety of spice levels. Can't wait to try all of them!
