Millennium Gardens Banquet Centre

Recently had our wedding reception this past Saturday, June 11, 2022 with this venue. See below for a breakdown of our experience.Food: 5/5This venue, in my opinion has hands down some of the best food in the GTA. Explore the menu options and dont be afraid to discuss with Danuta or Patricia if you would like to combine meals or options from different menus.  The Polish charcuterie wagon is a plus and all of our guests loved the food, especially salmon with clam rice and the filet mignon.Bar Service: 1/5 (Open Bar)We opted to add the imported beer option (Corona, Heineken, Stella) but found out that it was not served at all during our event despite paying for the service. Bartender either was not informed of the Banquet Event Order instructions or did not follow them. I initially suspected we were assigned a new hire or bartender in training for our event, but was told it was an experienced bartender.The matter was rectified by management financially, but that does not compensate for guest disappointment the night of.Be very careful with the bar service at this venue prior to booking with them.Lights and Sound System: 5/5This venue has a very modern, sleek, and impressive light system. The uplighting, pin spot lighting, party atmosphere lighting, and hazer all combine to make a great atmosphere for your guests throughout the different phases of your reception event.For music, the in house system was great and it brought the party to life.Facility and Cleanliness: 5/5Very clean facility. The hall, both inside and outside were immaculate and clean. Bathrooms were spotless.Service: 4/5Wait staff was very courteous, quick, and professional. Service was great, and meals came out in a speedy fashion, with table clearing done efficiently. Would have liked coffee to be served for guests more expeditiously on request.Overall Rating: 4/5Do consider this venue for all of your event needs as they are great overall, but be very wary of bar service so you are not shorted on the bar package if you decide to upgrade to the imported beer package or the premium bar package. You might have to assign a guest to micro manage bar service during your event at this venue as nobody from management or staff co-ordinates the bar or bartender.Andrei

We got married at Millennium on May 27, 2023 and the experience was absolutely amazing!!! Everything was perfect, and the owner really goes out of her way to make sure of it. Danuta and Emilia were both a pleasure to work with - very friendly, prompt, and professional. I would 110% RECOMMEND THIS VENUE!! Our wedding went so smoothly and it was a big thanks to them!!

We hosted our high-school prom there in May 2017 and it was amazing! The venue is gorgeous, the staff is so friendly and accommodating, the food was delicious and their in house DJ and lighting was awesome. We could not have asked for anything more. The space was perfect for our almost 300 guests plus a photo booth, theme stage, portrait photographer and late night Sundae bar. We will certainly be booking here again (and again and again!!!)

I was so happy to host my Bridal Shower at Millennium Gardens! They were all incredibly helpful in planning and it was truly a beautiful and memorable event. The food and staff were absolutely amazing, and I received many compliments over their service and how delicious everything was. Please give a special thank you to Alana and her team, as she went above and beyond in helping with timing and packing all of our treats at the end of the day.I will be sure to recommend your venue to anyone looking to throw a fantastic event!

We had our wedding here this past Saturday and it was truly the best night of our lives. The food was incredible, the management team was so flexible and willing to accommodate all of our needs and asks. Danuta, Patricia, Emilia and team are just so fantastic. They made our wedding experience absolutely impeccable. Will recommend this team to the moon and back to anyone and everyone I know. They also recommended so many vendors to us that did not disappoint! Thank you for giving us the best wedding ever!

We cannot express our gratitude to Millennium Gardens enough, or are there any words to accurately describe our happiness in choosing this Hall for our September 2018 wedding. Patricia and Danuta are extremely professional, knowledgeable, kind, and super helpful. They both made one of the biggest planning decisions for one of the biggest and best days of our life very stress free and enjoyable. We booked the hall almost 2 years in advance, and throughout that whole time all of our questions and concerns were addressed quickly. Even before the wedding day, I had felt confident that I made the right decision. The closer we got to the day, everything was very well organized and we greatly appreciated all of the advice we received on last minute decisions.The day of exceeded our expectations even more! People are still raving about the customer service they received from the staff, and above all the food - which is incredible and won’t disappoint anyone! Danuta came around to the parents’ tables to ensure everything was running smoothly – this was very much appreciated by our parents!Every time we speak with one of our guests, they never fail to mention how much they loved the hall. Thank you again, Millennium Gardens!

Over the years we've attended so many events at Millenium Gardens and when it came time to plan our own wedding, there was no question or doubt about what venue to choose. The team at Millenium is absolutely incredible, Pani Danusia, Emilia and Patricia were patient and accommodating throughout the whole ordeal of wedding planning during a pandemic. There is such a wide variety of options to choose from and make your dream event come true! Our wedding this past weekend was absolute perfection! Staff was present and attentive throughout the entire evening. The food was remarkable and our guests could not stop raving about it. In addition, our guests loved the overall ambiance, lighting and look of the venue. We will definitely reach out to Millenium for future event planning and highly recommend this venue to all friends and family!

I had my wedding at Millennium Gardens on August 21, 2021 and it was the best decision I could have made. Not only was the food amazing (I still keep hearing from my guests how much they loved the food) but Danuta, Emilia and Patricia were all so helpful throughout the planning process! Danuta made sure to help answer all of our questions the best she could, especially when it came to the ever changing restrictions from the pandemic! I felt a lot less stressed after each of our conversations! They also accommodated us immensely when it came to numbers as we had booked them pre-pandemic and were originally going to have a larger number of people. With that being said, everything looked amazing, their team was also very welcoming and nice during our event! It made planning/having a wedding during a pandemic as easy as it could have been! And did I mention how amazing the food was? I only wish I was able to get through a meal without being pulled away from it! Seriously, do yourself a favour and have you wedding at Millennium Gardens!

On February 15, 2023, we held our Annual General Meeting there for the first time! It was a awesome experience! From planning the event to the execution. Patricia was patient and understanding with the planning. Andrew the AV tech was very accommodating right down to the light colours and when to display them. Monika led her serving team with perfection. She was able to accommodate any last minute adjustments.We will be choosing Millennium Gardens for our future events!

The team at Millennium Gardens was nothing short of amazing. Prior to the pandemic, we fell for the venue a variety of reasons. We really liked the price points as well and appreciated the thoughtfulness of the decor choices. Patricia was amazing, responding to all of our queries and making the process very easy, adjusting to our vision / theme. Once the pandemic began to impact our wedding plans, both Patricia and Danuta were simply amazing. We never felt pressured to make a decision and they truly seemed to care about each client. Well, this care and concern continued for an entire year! Both Danuta and Patricia were extremely accommodating and flexible and we could not be happier with the relationship and quality of service. Our wedding day was a tropical themed dream come true. Every detail was attended to, the food was amazing, the sound system was great too. Overall, we would highly recommend Millennium Gardens and would definitely use again in the future.
