I'm very impressed. Found this guy online and texted him a pic of what I needed. He got right back to me. Showed up when he said he would and got the job done super fast. I'm extremely happy. He's my new maintenance man!!!

Tom has done 3 or 4 projects for us, and all were excellent. He works quickly, does 100% of the job, and is very friendly. Highly recommended!

Thomas Troughton is my HERO! I had a smoke alarm 14 feet in the air that started to sound at 12:30 a.m. Sunday morning. I waited to call (OH MY EARS!) until 8:30 a.m. and he was here within the hour! On a Sunday! So grateful. He said I could have called him at 12:30 a.m. and he would have been here. Polite, courteous, thorough. So happy to have found this quality gentleman. He will be coming back for more work around the house. I recommend 1A2C Handyman!

Thomas was on time and went right to work. He’s a very patient man. I had a broken an older faucet. I had tried repairing it myself months ago and was having trouble. It took someone with skill, knowledge and patience. Thank you Thomas! I will be telling others about you.

What a relief to find Thomas! He is professional, reliable and very knowledgeable. Worked hard and steady, got the job done. We even added a few small things to the list while he was here which he graciously completed. Courteous, a steady worker and cleaned up after himself, can't beat the price for excellence. Highly recommend.
