Goodlife Fort Sask is like my second home. I'm there everyday, often twice a day.The facility is always clean and organized. Staff are incredibly friendly, kind, and helpful.They offer a variety of group fitness classes in a large room with dedicated and encouraging instructors. Classes are attended by welcoming and supportive people and it's always a great time.I also find the open areas to be full of great people, lots of workout options for free weights and machines. And there's also access to virtual classes in the group fitness room or through the app on your phone.It's the greatest gym at a great price. For casual or very dedicated people alike.There's definitely a reason I spend so much time there.

GoodLife fitness is the best gym I have ever been to!!! I highly recommend checking them out!!! All the staff are incredibly friendly. They make you feel at home whenever you go there. The facility is really clean and has every workout equipment needed.Shannon was the best personal trainer I ever had! She was friendly, patient and really cared about helping me get to my fitness goals. If anyone needs a trainer that’s your girl! All in all I rate this gym higher than 5 stars!!!

For nearly the last 5 months I’ve been at this gym every day at least once. The cleanliness, how friendly the staff is, the accessibility options are fantastic and club members and staff alike are all more than happy to answer any question you may have. And the tanning beds and massage chairs are absolute luxury.

If I could add a few stars I would certainly do it! It’s an absolutely amazing gym! Everyone is super nice there. The gym is always neat and clean. Adam, my personal trainer is so kind patient and fun. He properly evaluates your strengths and weaknesses to make you better and stronger.

I recently had a membership at this good life location in Fort Sask. The staff there is amazing to deal with, helpful and friendly. I will not hesitate to get another membership in the future.

Only Goodlife I've been to where they don't supply towels. Actually this is the only gym membership I've had where they don't. I'll change this review if they ever start to offer towel service. Limited options for good gyms in Fort Sask. For how much a membership is and how busy it is there at 5pm I know they could afford a towel service. Please dont make members bring towels from home just to shower at your facility!! The little things matter.

Amazing gym environment, super clean with tons of selection between brands of machines and different free weight options. The manager is always out and about and super friendly; always available to chat or ask questions. prices are competitive for all the benefits and amenities that come with the memberships. highly recommend this gym for anyone
