After an email inquiry for tile, they tried to shame me for doing a home renovation during the pandemic and knowing nothing about the schedule or pick up.Our main floor was taken down to the studs a few weeks before the pandemic declaration.Many businesses are still operating with no or minimal contact. Apparently this is beyond their comprehension or desire to run a successful business. Definitely won't be doing business with them ever.
