Needed a new washer and we knew of Northern Oak Appliances in the Staples plaza so we stopped in. The one we were intetested in was here and on sale. Staff have excellent product knowledge and the delivery was flawless. Great people wonderful products and we will be back. Please support this wonderful business. Shop locally when possible.

We needed to replace our washing machine and John and Lorraine were able to quickly find a replacement product. The price was very compatible to larger companies and the delivery and removal price was excellent. I would highly recommend.

We made the decision to purchase through a local small business rather than go to one of the big-box or large appliance chains and we are more than happy that we did. The service we received was fantastic - it's not often these days to see the owners hand deliver your appliances! John & Lorraine went above and beyond on our order and we couldn't be happier. We needed a new stove. After looking around & doing some research, we narrowed down what we wanted to 2 or 3 options. I went to Northern Oak and they did a great job of clarifying what I needed to know about the stoves we were looking at, which helped us make a decision. Then they matched the price we found online from a large national retailer, ordered the stove and delivered it at a convenient date. We are very happy with the stove and our experience in dealing with Northern Oak.

When it comes to customer service, Northern Oak is simply the best. Very competitive prices in all of their categories, with service levels that are beyond great. Big box retailers simply cannot compete and certainly do not have the passion that has been provided by Northern Oak. I bought three appliances and I am very happy with the the overall experience.

The owners were friendly and helpful. They worked with my needs and timeline. I purchased a new dishwasher and had it installed.They did run late on the installation day, and I had to call the store. They also forgot some equipment that made the installation slow. But it works well, and I paid a set rate for installation.I would recommend the company to a friend.

Just wanted to give a huge shout out to John and Lorraine at Northern Oak Appliances (in the Staples plaza).They were so helpful in the purchase of our new appliances and even came out to help install when we had trouble. They were friendly, knowledgeable and patient (they had to hold our items for a few extra months due to some delays).If you are looking for new appliances, check them out for sure!!
