Joyce Ng was the mortgage specialist that helped me and she was so patient with me as I went back and forth with different mortgage terms. The mortgage rates that first national offered are also super competitive!

I have been dealing with First National for over 12 years now. They helped with the initial mortgage, refinancing for projects and recently for a renewal. The customer service has always been great and their website is excellent and easy to use, especially the 'My Mortgage' portal. If I ever have another mortgage, I will use First National and highly recommend them.
