Fantastic service. This will be my go to taxi when I need a ride. The driver contacted me several times to confirm she was coming, and on time. So nice to have confidence the driver will show. Stacy was the best.

Set up a ride and the driver no-called no showed. Texted the company to request some info around why they failed to fulfill this ride and the owner became threatening and downright nasty and had no accountability for screwing over the recipient of the ride who was forced to walk in the cold due to this mistake. Fab Cab is much more reliable.

I am very grateful for this company and the service they provide. While Uber and Lyvt, as well as cabs weren't responding and the weather was bad this company and David came thru. The weather and roads were horrible but they were there in an emergency. THANK YOU

5 am pick up to the airport confirmed twice and they quoted me FORTY dollars to go a mile. Driver was supposed to show at 5. T 510 they were a no show. Driver said she overslept. Great business model.

Our power steering broke on a backroad in the middle of the woods in Maine, no mechanics within 60 miles, and the tow truck couldn’t fit both of us. No Uber, and no taxis services available…except Gannon in Bangor! Our driver Will drove 90 minutes to pick me (and my dog) up and take us back to the mechanic in Bangor. Will was so friendly, a great driver, and we ended up having a lovely conversation on the drive. Price was more than fair for the distance. Can’t thank Will and Gannon enough! Totally saved the day!

I took a greyhound from Bangor to Portland for a day and gif back late. My hotel shuttle service was only till 9 that day and Lyfts and Ubers are limited in the area. I looked up local services and saw Gannon. They are very prompt with confirming my ride the next day once booked and my driver Megan was good about me texting her updates if my arrival time changed. The fare was also reasonable. I would definitely use this service again.
